Titi - yep did the SMEP and used softcups and conceive+ I stopped temping too and it made such a difference! I felt so much more relaxed and with the SMEP I felt like we didnt do enough but clearly it was lol! I also laid with legs/hips raised for 20 mins after before popping in a softcup and (TMI) made myself orgasm for a second time after OH had dropped off his little soldiers!

Not sure what worked but I think it was the combination of the SMEP, hips raised and drinking more water to increase my CM! (credit to Julie for that!!) xx

Does anyone have any tricks, tips or anything?

Hope you love the softcups as much as we do!

Well my biggest tip would be, after sex to prop your legs up against the wall and insert the cup whilst laying down.

To take it out make sure you're sat on the toilet, insert your middle finger (longest) and hook it over the rim of the cup then bear down like you're pooping and it will push the cup down

hi rachael - you can leave them in for up to 12 hours, I left mine in after bd'ing til the next morning as we bd'd on a night x

I'm defo going to get some. But what is the difference between softcups and mooncups (apart from mooncups being reuseable and softcups being closer to cervix?) Do mooncups still work even if they are not as close to cervix? Thank you x

i've heard of girls getting bfps from mooncups, so they work, but i think softcups work better. there was something about the mooncup recently that i read that was negative.. i just can't remember what. something about what it was made of i think? i can't remember. all i know is i love my softcups
goodness just realized this is a softcup testing thread, thought it was the preseed one. haha. well i'm using both so cheers.

Helly aww bless you! wait til I'm at 12 weeks then you can take it over but you'll have your bfp before then anyway

girls the difference between softcups and mooncups is that the softs sit closer to the cervix and hold the sperm closer whereas the mooncup sits lower - technically it will do the same thing by holding the sperm in xx
