I've been ttc #3 for 18months, was diagnosed with PCOS last month and told by the gp that we won't be referred to a specialist as we have two children already.

The last 6 months I've been using agnus castus although it shortened my cycles it didn't seem to do much else for me.

This cycle I've decided to use macca and soy.. I took soy from cd3-7 first 3 days where 70 then 105. I've noticed ovary pain since taking these and I'm goin that's normal also has anyone noticed increased cm? Today I noticed way too much ewcm! Never had anything like it, is this normal?

Thank you baby rose, I'm used to creamy cm but this seems to be ewcm on cd9/10 I did use a opk this morning which was neg.

Hi and GL to everyone that's joined!

CD 19 for me. I'm not sure when/if I've O'd. I don't temp or use opks. We have been nonstop BDing this whole cycle. The only days I missed were 7 and 11. I'm hoping no matter when I O'd, I caught the egg! All the BD made it difficult to determine CM from semen.. TMI I'm sorry. I had creamy cm today, but my cervix was high and I couldn't find it. My cp has kind of been all over the place the past week or so. I'm going to test on the 29th

our issue has been having too much of it at the start of the month and not as much later on but i did not even ovulate so didn't matter in the end, this cycle i think we are just going to try do it 3 times a week so monday wednesday saturday or something similar to that

I think soy is messing with my cycle my temps are all messed up and I'm going on CD 17 and no pos opk just almost positives that keep fading
