Hi Nadia! Good to hear from you, how are things going?

AFM - I'm taking some time off from TTC. My emotional rollercoaster has flown off the tracks and I just need to sit back and breathe and not think about charts, tests, temps etc.. for a while. I know that since I am 37 I need to make some decisions soon, but I need a break. Good luck ladies, I hope you all get your BFP's soon!

Hey, I'm doing pretty good. They took out my whole thyroid and I am on Synthroid. I see a specialist on Friday to decide if there is any other treatments needed. I am quite optimistic.

I totally get needing the break. although I am not happy about the reasons we are having to take a break from TTC, it has been nice not worrying about temps and Os and CM. I was just updating my FF earlier this week with some details and realized that I am a week late for my AF. But I had a negative test at the hospital before the surgery last week. Also, I would not be surprised if things are delayed from havening 2 general anesthesia surgeries in one cycle. I doubt my system was in any shape to ovulate. I'm not going to waste any tests for now the chances are so low its ridiculous to hope.

Congratz! That is one long cycle! After the 113 day cycle, Im' sure you are on cloud nine this month. What do you think made the difference? if anything?

Thankyou x I think it was soy that helped I was taking b complex aswell and I still am lol I was thinking I was going to have another really long cycle x

CD 19... waiting to O... day two of random pre-O spotting, legit spotting - which I've never had before and can't decide if I should worry or not.

@Nadia: very glad it sounds like they are taking care of you! I'd take an HPT just to humor the situation (with FX, of course!!!)

Lol I am so weak. I just took a hpt and of course it was negative... How could I let the hope get to me like that. Haha. I've been in and out of surgery twice this cycle so there was only a couple days when we even had sex. Not to Mention that without a thyroid the chances of ovulating are very small. ... Sigh. I really am addicted I jut thought to my self.. "Well at least it something to add to my chart today"

Being sure always helps, though. At least now you know to keep your eyes out for signs of ovulation! Are you cleared to TTC right away?

And I'm STILL waiting to ovulate here. I swapped my whole milk for soy milk to decrease my carb intake late last month and think that's the culprit for my super late ovulation. Bored with this cycle so far. At least my random spotting has stopped.

Looks like I'm going to be cd1 tomorrow I'm upping my dose of soy this cycle and taking it 2-6 I hope it will help my temps to go more steady x

I FINALLY ovulated. Running theory is my switch to soy milk to cut carbs (which has a surprisingly HIGH level of isoflavones in it) pushed back my ovulation by almost a week. FYI if you ovulate regularly, soy is a super bad idea!

Congrats to babyrogers and Impatientwait as well. I genuinely feel very happy for people in this forum when they get pregnant.
I think this thread gave me the real statistics of how soon one can get pregnant.

Hopeing for a sticky bean this time..had a bleeding scare that's still going on..turns out to be a small subchronic hemmorage and since babys heart was beating I'm holding out hope cause its small..I just spot on amd off red and brown...really don't wanna be let down again ya know....they say I could spot for a while and as long as there are no serious cramps I'm ok! I'm hopeing the progesterone helps! Thank you so much!

Hi girls! Can I join? I am 9DPO with possible implantation dip today... so need opions coz I am losing the plot! I am new to charting-only cycle #2 so not too sure what I am looking at. I did have a look on FF at other charts with same post O temps etc and odds were 54% ovulatory to 40% pregnant. Few symptoms too but trying not to get hopes up and last month was a big let down!

@Impatientwait: hopefully comforting news for you - my friend had a subchorionic hemorrhage that bled out (she described the blood loss as "horror movie like") multiple times during her pregnancy, each one with a trip to the ER and at least a week of bed rest. Her LO was born happy and healthy and will be 1 this Friday. Good luck to you!
