Starting new cycle and using CB Fertility Monitor 2 BFP so far in 2 cycles

I bought the CBFM about a week ago but have not opened it yet because I'm hoping when I test in a little over a week I'll get a so I won't have to use it.

Does anyone know how long it normally takes to conceive with the CBFM? The reason I bought it is because I've read such good reviews about it =)

Well I've not been on in a while, personal things have been getting in the way, we are on cycle 11 as of three days ago.
Getting rather stressed about the whole thing Hope everyone is well
