lol I had a huge whippy last week.. its not homemade ice cream so as far as I am concerned all commercial ice cream is perfectly fine.

Yeah perfectly fine! I have been having mr whippys and milkshakes throughout my pregnancy and ive been fine.

dont see why not, i have got a bit of a thing for mars ice creams at the mo, but they have changed throughout my preg, including mcflurry twisters, currently i am enjoying a big bowl of butterscotch angel delight mmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmm!!!! x

Yeah they are fine.

Some people question Mr Whippy as its to do with the cleanliness of the machines - risk of listeria I think but don't quote me.

I bought them today at Asda, and Fab's mmmmmmmmmmmmmm 2 for £3 deal!!

I really want a McD's strawberry sundae though admittedly but have been avoiding the soft ice cream - am i silly? xx

Nope not silly - I have been too.

The official line is not to eat soft whip ice creams due to the cleanliness of the machines and risk of listeria or it might be salmonella some bacterial thing anyway!

That said I know some people have said the McD's clean the machines so well and get so hot when cleaned they are safe. Personal preference really but personally I have avoided them - 1st stop when baby is here tho lovvvvveeee McFlurry's!!!!
