Symptom's I'm having

So, I started having sinus congestion like crazy the past 2 weeks, hot flashes that last like 30 seconds the past week and a half, and now I'm experiencing extreme fatigue the past few days...I go back to the doctor next week...anyone else experience these symptoms to find out they were pregnant?
