Oh yes, and yesterday, I sat and cuddled her while I drank 3 smirnoffs.
She kept trying to steal them from me.
She kept trying to steal them from me.
^^ I've had that happen too! What I did was take off the pee sheets and fold up one of our normal ones and tuck it in lol.
Sophia fell asleep when we were on our way home in the car. She stayed asleep on the journey from the car to the house and she is currently still sleeping in her car seat. I didn't think I should wake her and I can get stuff done, I still feel guilty though!
I'm such a bad mom! I noticed my LO wet through his diaper when I picked him up out of his crib this morning...I changed him and gave him a bath but I didn't have any more clean sheets and during the morning rush around I forgot to do a wash he wanted to nap so I tried to get him settled in my bed (with a fortress of pillows around him so he wouldn't roll off haha) but that didn't happen. I doubled up a blanket and put it over the dry pee spot i feel so bad he had to sleep on a dirty sheet his crib is all clean and changed now but I still feel terrible...
A little trick- put a sheet down, then a puddle pad, then a sheet on top- that way you can pull off the top sheet and pad and keep going (Especially helpful for those middle of the night oopsies)

My confession today: I hate being a mom today. I miss my old life.

Its an absorbent pad that goes under the sheet so it will absorb pee instead of just pooling on the mattress.

I was trying to get sophia to stop crying and I was trying to get her paci in her mouth..little did i know..the paci was backwards.
Baby said "dada" for the first time. We were floored as she's just turned 6 months. She obviously doesn't know what it means, only that we been coaching her for like a month now. But it was clear as day. I was pissed, lol.
