Hope your friend gets good news tomorrow...preggie with PCOS is very scary...I STILL take a baby aspirin everyday just out of being paranoid..like Im afraid the one time I wont take it some thing will happen...Im sure all is well though...

my hubbies best friend from work and his wife are expecting on Dec 24th! and then one of their friends just told everyone they are expecting in Jan/Feb lol..so apparently hubby and I started a baby trend amongst all our friends...but I dont have anyone that lives close to me preggie..wish I did..would love someone to go baby shopping with...

I just think it's so funny that I introduced her and hubby, I knew they were going to start trying right away (she's 35, he's 32). She started seeing a specialist the month after I did, and joking around, I told her I would be so pissed if she got pregnant before I did. So, her mom is a friend of mine, and asks me every day how things are going. I told her that I was getting blood work done to confirm, and she jumped up and down about how happy her daughter was going to be. I don't see them very often, but maybe that will change now.

Still trying to figure out which part of this is nerves, and which part are actual pregnancy symptoms - up all night even though I'm exhausted and fell asleep on the couch. Up every couple hours to pee (I think that's just psychosomatic), and up because of cramping. Not AF type cramps. Almost like the beginnings of a stomach ache. The doc told me it was normal, and like I said, I wonder how much of it is just nerves/excited.

Calling the gyn today. Hoping to get out of work early. Yesterday was my sister's birthday, and today I'm meeting her in NYC and taking her to a play. Then working tomorrow, off Sunday, and I am going to go see Harry Potter on Sunday AM. My family is obsessed. My mom and sister went to the midnight show last night.

One of my friends had his baby yesterday morning, so last night I finished the cross stitch. Now to get framed. I'll post pictures.

Finished product. Needs to be framed. Can't rotate on my camera for some reason, so just twist your heads :)

First appointment next Wednesday! When I told them my beta, they said they'd get me right in :happydance:

@NJ, good luck to your friend, I hope everything goes well with her pregnancy. Your cross stitch looks great!!!

Wanna - I hope they offer you the job and that your feelings of not getting it are wrong. CONGRATS on starting Clomid this cycle!! So exciting! Your turn for a for sure BFP!!! :hugs:

NJ - Awesome numbers! Can't wait for your appointment on Wednesday! I had cramps from before my BFP through week 10! I wasn't tired right away, but they say the peeing does start super soon wiht the change in hormones. I didn't feel pregnant for so long. THen one day it will hit you and scare the crap out of you :haha: Lovely cross stitch!! Your friends are so lucky to have you make them for you. Keep in mind you'll have to do one for your baby too (I crochet baby blankets and my husband reminded me that I needed to do something for James too so he has a special gift). :hugs:

Dare - Hopefully your cramps are the beginning. I remember one time I sat down to pee and couldn't get up as my stomach felt like all my muscles bunched up! I wondered if it was a contraction, but it went away. My bet: you'll have the baby within a week!

NJ Insomnia was a huge huge symptom for me..but then I couldnt keep my eyes open for more than like 2 hours at a time during the day..it finally went away but now when she has her growth spurts..like now..I still sleep more than usual....luckily..for the most part as long as hubby isnt snoring..the insomnia is gone lol lol..but it was soo annoying..

NJ- i dont remember HCG levels well, isnt >3,000 very high for your LMP???

Busy, I think it is high. My lmp was only two days, but my beta then was negative. it's part of the reason the gyn is getting me in on Wednesday. She thinks my EDD is off. We shall see.
Just got home from a fun night with my sister in NYC. Saw How To Succeed In Business with Daniel Rafcliffe (Harry Potter). It was wonderful. Now I'm crashing. Talk to you all later!

@Nj, that sounds like fun, I am glad u had a good time.

Ugghhh, girls that clomid is ruff. 1 day of taking it and it felt like a bad hangover. I can handle all of the symptoms except for the naseau. I didnt throw up or anything but it was annoying and unpleasent. I took it at 3pm yesterday, and tonight I am going to take it much later so I can sleep through the symptoms...ugghhh... I just hope it is worth it and I get my BFP.

wannabe- i missed the postings about the death in the family. what happened??

im having trouble uploading pics form my camera onto my computer; i will post more pics of Kendall as soon as im able to take a minute and fiddle with it.

im annoyed- i am so tired. my in-laws are here visitng and my husband said why dont you go take a nap with the kids and we can chat while you rest, and my mother in law was like 'just be glad you girls have it a lot easier these days"
are you frickin kidding me? i jsut went through the hardest most traumatic labor of the 4, 4 days ago, STILL recovering!!! JUST cleaned my entire house for your frickin judgemental attitude, all on 3 hours of sleep......i want to punch her face.
im so upset

That's what i'm thinking- she'll be here sometime next week! the cramps are only in the morning- but none yet today. noticed actually i feel pretty decent today. Realized dog has been super whiny and needy and ANNOYING for about 3 days now. Since those cramps started up. Wondering if he is sensing something and i can't ?

Today is the funeral and I wish I could be there to support my husband. This has been very hard for him. I just hope it goes smoothly, because the 2 families (the father of the boy, and the mothers side of family) are fighting about the situation around how his grandson passed away. Please, say a prayer for him girls.

Thinking of your husband today too and hoping it's not too rough on him. :hugs: And that clomid sounds horrid. But i've heard so many good things about it- lets just hope you only need the one cycle. I do think a few women take it late at night to avoid those symptoms just as you stated. Fx'd that it works for you.

Ohhhh boy... your mil sounds like she needs a punch to the face. How rude! Man, if my mil says anything like that to me after i give birth (hopefully it'll be this week sometime because she chose this week to go away on vacay even though she knew our due date) i will tell her to get the hell out. You are in MY house, visiting my baby, just, get out.

I'm so sorry you are dealing with that. It pisses ME off and i had enough sleep last night so it's def. not your lack of sleep or anything like that. that is just plain rude! Throw her out!

Thank you for the kind words Dare...:hugs: I appreciate it. :hugs:

@Busy, I am going to PM you about what happened.
