CottlestonPie ~~ I dont know about the positive OPKs in a row, maybe post in the main TTC section, im sure someone has to have had the same thing happen and know what it means lol.

WannabePrego ~~ Im cramping right now, just enough so that I know its happening so I dont think its really OV cramps. I know implantation is supposed to happen between 6-12 but how early can it happen? Anyone know?

NJAngel ~~ Good luck with the egg release. Random question but are any of you able to tell which side you are ovulating from? Im beginning to think that only my left side works as I usually only feel it throbbing during ovulation, I felt the right side a few times, but very very rare lol.

Spunky ~~ No the TWW isnt over yet lol lol. And thank you! Yes thats my actual ring set. They are palladium bands we ordered online since I am allergic to metal even golds, and palladium is a sister metal to platinum (which I can wear) and its close enough that I can wear palladium too. Its also soo much cheaper we put our own stone in it. Both rings were only $590 total.

That is such an insanely reasonable price and for such a beautiful set! I can see why you show it off! Hopefully only about another week for testing...

Awe thank you again. Its from Danforth Diamond, I picked the rings because they were simple but still different with the engravings. The stone, is not real lol, but came from one of those $12 Claires rings. Its big and sparkly and looks real so I told him to not buy a diamond, I would rather him spend money on house stuff like our new granite countertops and new floors in the kithen, and hopefully baby stuff lol. He told me I was the best wife ever lol.

I think that's very reasonable of you to think of what else you can do with the money. My husband bought me a nice engagement ring, but said he wanted plain matching gold bands. I thought that was nice and sweet. I told him when my hands get all puffy I want to wear his wedding band (it's a lot bigger than mine) so people wont think I'm knocked up and unwed. (Being a teacher of 7 pregnant/already have kids students it's becmoe really important to me for some reason.)

LOL, my mom has a big gold band I have never seen her wear in her jewelry box - I guess when she got pregnant with me, she couldn't wear her rings after the first month. So Dad bought her the band for just that reason; didn't want anyone to think she was unwed and knocked up! :haha:
I actually just got both my rings sized last week - DH and I have been married 2 years, and they were small to begin with (dammit, I WILL shove that ring on my finger, who cares if it takes a few layers of skin!?!), and I have gained some, um...post-marital pounds. :) So, I had to get them off for an MRI two weeks ago, took the opportunity to get them sized in anticipation of my hands swelling with pregnancy! DH thinks I'm insane. Sorry, platinum is too $$ to cut off. I mean, it was $80/ring to get them SIZED. Craziness!

Yeah Im much more interested in making the house look nice and having other things that can be actually used, I mean a ring is a ring and it just sits there, in a box or on your finger. But new floors and countertops and definitely great baby furniture is so much more useful. Ok, another interesting question, something I am super super guilty of, do you ladies go and make baby registries on like amazon, overstock, and target? and totally scope out the furnitures and the carseats and the strollers? Does anyone have anything picked out yet?

Are you kidding? I totally have a color scheme/motif picked out in my head (gender-neutral, of course). I scope out the furniture at IKEA and Target all the time. I even downloaded (a couple years ago) a few Rockabye Baby! albums - they're lullaby renditions of Coldplay, Led Zepplin, Tool, Nine Inch Nails, Smashing Pumpkins, U2, etc - utterly fabulous, and because my kid will grow up on awesome music.

But yeah, all that stuff I keep to myself. :) DH has no clue how psychotic I really am about all this. Oh, look, aren't those cute birth announcements??

HaHa, yeah I just today made a target registry but haven't put anything in it yet as I was just too busy to sit down and look through all the stuff. I wish we had an IKEA close to us, but unfortunately we don't but I love Target anyway so its ok! I have my whole nursery theme picked out for either boy or girl.

I love doing puzzles and I only do fantasy/mythical ones stuff like this https://www.jigsawgallery.com/prodpics/C30181.jpg and this https://www.hobbicopuzzles.com/visual_echo/artists-series/images/hcay2007-lg.jpg so I want to frame them and use them as the nursery decoration and have mythical/fantasy be the theme. I have girl and boy ones and hopefully it will all come together, with pastels and definitely alot of sparkles and shimmers if its a girl lol.

I just want white furniture so it can be used again and I really want a 4 in 1 crib that can be used again as toddler bed, and then fullsize bed. I am totally OCD and love making lists and organizing and designing/decorating so I just cant wait!!

I've gained a lot of married weight-about 30lbs worth. I used to be in good shape. Now I'm not and my rings are way tighter. I've found if I avoid salt and fried that they fit alright. They should be resized about half a size or a size or so, but I'm too lazy. I was more thinking about what your dad did, just buy a cheap bigger one for while I'm pregnant. The only thing I would worry about wearing my current set is I've heard hospitals have to cut them off you if they're too tight and can't be removed, but I'm sure that's more if it's cutting off circulation. I wonder how expensive just a plain gold band is, I think it was only like $80 for my band... I have yellow gold so it shouldn't be too expensive to resize, I will need to do it like you though. I told hubby as a present for me he can get em resized and engraved for our next anniversary :winkwink: I don't think you're a crazy, merely a planner! :hugs:

WOW Ladies! Glad I'm not the only crazy!!! I have all my big things picked out, and a list of things I'm going to register for/need to buy in Word. Here's my stroller/car seat: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0036C2QL0/ref=ord_cart_shr?ie=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER
Good thing about knowing what I want early is that i can wait for sales. Husband actually gave me the go-ahead to start buying since I have been saving for a "baby fund" and have set $1000 aside for furniture and such. This stoller has the most weight to go up (35lbs for car seat) and 50lbs (stroller). I like the colors and it's really easy to use (my husband and I went and tried them out!). We've painted the nursery a neutral orange just last month (my dad and I actually painted it because my husband and I fight terribly when we paint rooms). My crib and dresser/changing table are going to come from Burlington Coat Factory and it's a 4-in-1 crib. It's low enough in the front for a shortie like me (5'2") to reach in the crib without disturbing a sleeping baby. It's Simmons Kids Spring Harbor Collection. I can't find it anywhere online. I think it's going to be about $1000 with the crib, dresser, toddler rail, and full size bed conversion kit.

MrsJerome nice photos! I love target too. We have an IKEA close, but I am not as thrilled with their stuff... I like some of their random things, but can't really find big/important things that I like there.

Okay, MAJOR temp spike this AM - up to 98.96! Yesterday was 96.14, day before was 97.24. I'm new at the temping, but I think this means I either O'd, or am about to??

Still no cramping, nothing...

I work in a couple different hospitals, and one of them has a pediatric unit that has these gorgeous Winnie the Pooh prints - I want to try incorporating them into the nursery.

I love all the colors and how it's not obvious little kid, you know? Something they can grow with. Figure it will go well with a pale yellow or pale green with white trim?

I go back and forth between white, and this lovely dark cherry they have at Target. I think we may go with white, as it can be repainted. Haven't really looked at much else as far as strollers, car seats, etc. I have many, many, many friends who have little ones, so I know I'll be getting a certain degree of hand-me-downs.

Once we get actual confirmation of the sex, like a 90% sure thing, I'll be painting either a pastel pink/coral or a pastel blue/green. And then white furniture and those framed puzzles which ever works. I want more whimsical than the expected Noahs Ark, Mickey Mouse and stuff and also want something they will actually like once they get old enough, princesses and fairies and dragons and unicorns and all that. I have tried to pick a few things but nothing is really set as you know they change stuff all the time and since I dont know when I'll actually be having a baby, I figure I shouldnt get too set coz they might not even have it by the time I get lucky and they will come out with better new stuff too lol.

Anyone having stomach pains like not ovulation ones like I normally get but, weird different ones? I couldn't sleep at all last night because I couldn't get comfortable and sleeping on my tummy/side just wasn't working. I thought it was maybe a full bladder but even after I went (twice) it was still there lol. Its still a bit weird now and I have lower backache too. No boob pain yet or anything else. Anyone else got something new this morning?

Wooohoooo! I finally got a -opk! I know people are usually happy at positive ones but to be honest I was getting knackered having BD every night! This also means I can finally start my 2ww and work out when AF is due.

Yay for you!!! I know after I got those two positive OPKs and then that one negative I tested a few more times to make sure it was definitely negative and that I was actually ovulating Saturday morning when I got my cramps.

So what will everyones due date be if you conceived this time around? Mine is April 2nd I believe.
