Well I've been at my plateau weight now for a while, iv lost a few lbs here and there but its soon come back on.

So this time I've decided I will set myself a new challenge each week. Each week I will add an addition to the challenge by just adding an extra thing to achieve.

I'm doing it on a reward and punishment system, I get to treat myself if I do the full week, if I fail a day I have to put money in per challenge per day.

Would anyone like to join me doing this?

Week one challenge: only one snack item allowed per day, that means only one portion of anything like crisps sweets, biscuits, anything considered bad for u. Don't include fruit as we want to head towards eating more

Lol it will give me more incentive to not be naughty lol. Iv managed to hold off until lunch time today but was starving and cud have easily been very naughty and ate choc and crisps but I had lunch early instead, I will allow myself my one snack during the afternoon when that mid afternoon lull starts xx
 
Sounds like a great plan!!

My goal for this week is to go for four runs. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Probably having a rule about only one 'treat' per day is a good idea too!!

What should my reward be... Maybe $20 towards a shopping fund, then if I achieve it for several weeks in a row I can go and buy myself something!
