Trying To Conceive #1 Only Vent Thread

My first time Venting...Friends of my DH and mine are having a baby anyday now. My DH says we need to go visit in a couple weeks to see the new baby. I just want to tell him there is no way I am going! I am trying to be happy for them but all I want to do is cry. We've been TTC for over a year and they concieved 1 month after trying.
All I do is ask why not me!

Opk's didn't work for me. They never went positive, even the month I got pregnant!!! So I obviously had ovulated.

Cyber hugs!!! When my friends baby was born (an accident who was conceived and born, all the time I was ttc) I had just had my first mc the week before. I still went to see the baby, it was so difficult walking into that room. Actually, when I got in and saw the baby as cute as she was she wasn't MY baby. And my friend was so happy. It surprised me how easy it was. I'm glad I went, as the anticipation of seeing the baby was so much worse. I hope it's the same for you. X x

Are you testing in the afternoon? FMU is not advised for most OPKs. Also, some women just don't get positives. Temping is far more accurate to pinpoint ovulation.

Hey everyone, i'm sort of new to this thread. But i'm 22 and my hubby is 24 and we're ttc #1. I went off bcp on June 28 and still no period! Never thought i'd miss that witch. (I'm not pregnant either) I called my dr's nurse about a month ago and she said to wait another month or 2. Well it's been 1 more month and i just can't take it anymore! I don't really think there's a whole lot they can do at this point either. I'm debating calling the dr again on Friday...

Oh my goodness! I hear you loud and clear! I spotted on 6dpo. And my boobs literally hurt so much I don't know what to do with myself! I had been doing so well with not symptom spotting, and now this. Fingers are crossed for you that it is the REAL thing

same here....this past month I had soooo many symptoms, I thought: either I am really sick and have something horrible, or I am pg.
Then the showed up.

But, she is almost gone and then we can BD. We have company over THE ENTIRE TIME I AM FERTILE! Oh well. We can be quit. I'm not going to lose my window!

Did you stop in the middle of a pack? I did that a long time ago and restarted a month of BC and stopped at the end of the pack. My cycles have been regular for 2 years.

For the first time ever, last night I got so pissed at DH over something personal that I started to think to myself I hope I'm not bfp. Still pissed at him but that feeling blew over, but I never want to feel that feeling again. He's an amazing DH, loyal as it gets. The fight was over an opinion of his that he had no right to. I almost went to the store to get something to calm my nerves down but had to hold back as I'm in 2ww. This is total bs.

Every day at 3PM EST is when I'm testing. I'm not sure how to temp.

Every day at 3PM EST is when I'm testing. I'm not sure how to temp.

Temping is super easy! All you do is get yourself a BBT thermometer (found easily at your local pharmacy), keep it by your bed side, and wake up at the same time each morning and temp before doing anything. I set an alarm for 6am and go back to sleep after I temp most days. I thought it'd be complicated and unnecessary, but I am on my second cycle and love it. I've learned so much.

I have virtually every early symptom that you could get. So why am I getting BFNs? Arrrrggghhhhhhh.

I find it so annoying when people are like "just stop trying and it will happen". Oh, gee. Give me a second while I turn off the "I want to be pregnant" thought in my brain.

CD26 still no sign of a positive on the opk. I don't even know if I should bother buying more after these are gone.

I am ttc since I started the first time I started to intercourse with my husband.
I very much worried for not getting pregnant till now.
I am more worried as I never used any precaution,it is because I started ttc since the day I had my first intercourse
I am 26yrs old
Can anyone please help me with this.should I consult doctor.
