Ttc #1 clomid club

i had an ultra sound yesterday and we hardly saw anything but a corpus luteum... with i dont understand because i do obviously have hcg in my urine... but they say you cant see anything until about 5 or 6 wks anyways. he did an early scan because i am "HIGH RISK". FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME I GOT TO SEE MY POLYCsYTIC OVARIES...and my line on the hpt was super dark at the oofice. he is going to have me come back in for another scan mext monday, and ill have my bloodwork results too

Thats good though that you got the scan and you will be tested regularly so they can ensure everything is ok and your baby is growing nicely. im so pleased for you Arrielle and cant wait to hear about your progress.

Hi all im new to this site ive been looking for somewhere to share my problems with i wanted to know your clomid sucess stories me and my partner have been ttc for over 2 years now im waiting on my af so i can go for blood tests to see what the problem is im really worried ill never be a mum and hope to try clomid xx: cloud9:

I have a question for you ladies! I am on my 6th pill of Provera to make me start AF so that I can begin my first cycle of clomid.
I have never taken provera before... and for the last day or two I have been experiencing some serious itching "down there". Is that normal? I don't think that it is a yeast infection because there really isn't any discharge or anything. Just itching!!

i never had to use the provera but alot of girls on this thread have...i have never heard of it causing itching??? its just progestrone...if your sure you dont have a yeast infection, then maybe you are irritated my something else???

I'm thinking about taking the Clomid CD 2-6 this cycle in hopes that I will ov a little earlier. I did 3-7 on my last Clomid cycle and oved on CD 22.

Ya i think you should do 2-6... I got the idea from google...lol. I know most take it 3-7 or 5-9, but 2-6 did the trick first round for me, how many mg? I took 100mg

I'll be taking 150 mg. It would definitely be nice if taking it earlier would bring ov forward a bit.

Hey Ladies just popping in to let you know that I have a doctor's appointment on friday to get more clomid. I think I'll ask for 100 mg this round since 50 hasnt gotten me pregnant.

Hopefully your doctor will up your dose. Do you get CD 21 bloodwork done to check your progesterone? Maybe your progesterone is a little low after you ov or something. A higher dose might help make you ov sooner too.

Hey Ladies just popping in to let you know that I have a doctor's appointment on friday to get more clomid. I think I'll ask for 100 mg this round since 50 hasnt gotten me pregnant.

ya i think that will help... and i am so serious go to gnc and get progesterone cream, and use it after ovulation(ASK YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT IT OF COURSE!!!) i dont know if it was just by chance but it seems its helping me

Hey guys! Im new here, im on my second round of clomid 50mg. I didn't O the 1st round on clomid.Today makes CD17 I have been charting temps and doing OPKs. I got a + OPK on CD12 and CD14 but still have yet to see a temp rise. I was really getting my hopes up for O this month because I had a lot more symptoms than last month but that doesn't look like its going to happen. I am not having any tracking or scans, so only way to confirm O is to temp. DH and I plan to DH until we can confirm O or just cant anymore. This am during BD i noticed what may have been white stretchy CM on DH (sorry TMI, i know). Does anyone think that this may mean O is about to take place?

welcome!!! I was on clomid 100mg days 2-6 and had no symptoms at all really... I thought maybe i was experiencing hot flashes... But i reallt think it was the heater, it was like 27 degrees out and the house was 85 degrees..lol. The only thing i ever felt was ovulation pains, i had cramping on my left side then i got a positive opk. I never tried 50mg... Because i am a heavier gal... But 100mg worked cycle one...i didnt have any scan or anything...i wasnt see a dr lol... But i had my first ultra sound for the baby and finally got to see my cyst for the first time, it was crazy, they were everywhere.. Do you have pcos? How long have you been ttc? Is the doctor going to try you on 100mg? What cycle days are you taking it?even though i am already pregnant i still stick around please id love to see all of the girls here witha bump!!!

It's possible that you might see a temp rise in the next couple of days if you did ov after the positive opk on CD 14. And it's possible that you might be getting ready to ov, especially if you saw stretchy CM! Are you still using opks?

I didn't ovulate until CD 22 on my last Clomid cycle, so don't give up hope yet hon!
