Maggz does your man fish as well? That would be too funny for us to have sort of similar TTC experiences and both have fisherman hubbies. I understand completely....seems like they're always gone over the fertile window and when they get back and it's too late they want to get busy.
Meg, noooooo!!! I'm sorry! But I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for you, the 5th is still a few days away maybe it's just to early or the test wasn't sensitive enough. Anything is possible right?! Keep trying!
Hope, I live in southeast AK. On a little island about 8 hours south of Juneau by boat. Beautiful place if ever in the future you take a cruise up this way let me know!!
Today AF is two days late but I didn't test this morning since I found out my batch of Wondfo tests are duds and another negative isn't how I want to start my day. Keeping the hope alive!!

When are you going on vacation? sounds like a good time.

This wait is so frustrating... But yeah I read the reviews for some of the cheapo ones on amazon and they look okay, but apparently most of the pregnancy ones that come with it suck. So I'll stick to the OPKs.

AF showed up yesterday at work... I ordered Fertilaid and Fertilitea yesterday. Can anyone vouch for them or give me some advice on taking them? I also ordered a bunch of OPK strips. I'm hoping I O early since my DH leaves on the tenth to fish until mid September (I won't see him until fishing is completely over!) and according to my apps I'm not supposed to O until the 14-15. Sorry to hear your AF showed up Meg. We're you going to so clomid this cycle or no? Let me know what you're up to, I'm bummed out but excited that this could finally be the month!

Hi there im new and ttc i have 2 beautiful daughters and would realy like a little boy... i had them both through the old fashioned way im 26 and my partner is 28 over the last year his sperm only comes a very little amount which we put in syringe and in it goes.. i noticed im very crampy after 2 days is this normal. Only its our first time trying this way help

Thanks Maggz, its a crappy feeling that's for sure! I feel so hopeless that if I don't get pregnant this cycle then I don't even get another chance to even start trying again until october with hubby going out fishing for the summer. And who knows how long it will take once he's back and we can get back to actively trying!!!! I just started taking my Fertilaid and FertiliTea today, does anybody know of something I can do to make myself ovulate like 3 days early?! Lol I know that sounds bad but DH is leaving 4 days before my expected O day and he will be gone for 3-4 months.
Any update on your situation, Maggz? Feelings, thoughts, any tests taken? Since all of us are out for this month I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you, odds of probability are in your favor right?

@ Maggz not yet I'm going the 10th. I'm debating what I want to do this cycle. Take it off or try Clomid again. @ ladybug this month would be my 2nd round. If so I think I'll try pineapple too. But I need to know if my ovaries are even ok.

I went to the MD yesterday. I think I need to find a new OB. This guy doesn't bring your profile with him when he talks to you he just wings it. He kept saying "so you're through your fourth month of Clomid" um no?! YOU told me to make the apt to follow up after the first. I told him I wanted to get the HSG test to make sure there were no blockages and he says ok so I'll refer you to a fertility specialist they'll want to start IVF. That's not what I was asking for so no. We talked about my progesterone levels being low and again he was like that's concerning bc on Clomid they should be higher. I had to tell him 3x AND FINALLY GIVE HIM A TIME LINE OF WHATS HAPPENING! Before he realized oh you've only done Clomid 1x and your tests were before you started.
Gosh. It's $35 every time I walk into that office...that's just what I see comming out of my own pocket never mind my insurance.
Then I find out I have a $35 bill from august when I went for my yearly. I was confused bc it almost a year old and you're telling me? I told them preventative care " a pap " is covered she told me bc we talked about prenatal care there's a charge?! I remember that convo! I wasn't getting my period more than 1-2 days and was worried I couldn't conceive he told me if it doesn't happen in 6 months come back. THIS is the convo you're charging me for? That's all that was said!
Let's just say I left the office 😡 I should find out when my appointment will be at a local hospital to do the test.
Again he told us too that hubs SA came back normal.

This process is draining.
Rant over.
Excited to move into June with you girls although I don't think we'll be trying.

Aw.. Meg I know how you feel. My gynaec has a huge client-list and I literally have to remind her of my history, everytime. Boo for that old bill- really the medicine practice is more business-like than ever. A bill for a 1 line conversation?

But I hope you do try this cycle. I was supposed to visit my gynaec last weekend but I couldn't due to other stuff. Looks like this weekend wont be possible either so the tubal scan is out of the window I guess this minth for me. Might as well try I think. I get jaded with every cycle it seems.

I just booked my HSG test for Friday ( eek the 13th! ) and it's like an MRI. So with the dye they tell you not to bc you could have a ectopic pregnancy. Of course I'm in my fertile window this weekend. Idk. Also got a new doc this morning an he's closer to my house. Woot woot!

Nope AF came around this morning... Ugh it's so frustrating. I went to the obgyn yesterday and she told me that they advice people to use condoms for about 2-3 periods after a miscarriage. I've never heard that??

Haha Meg you've clearly known before me, I didn't test.
Totally get you're frustrations with the doctor it took me 4 weeks to get an appointment after I had my miscarriage because my gp's office was messing everything up. This American insurance system is so weird! (I'm not from here lol) let's just say tears of frustration came around a couple of times.
I can't believe he's gonna charge you for that! And nothing sucks more than having to recite every little detail again and again. Seriously, take notes and read it before you see your patients...

Well I hope we get better luck this month girls... Right now I just want cramps and AF awaaaayyy
