I got a blood test done earlier today.. And just got a call from the lab saying hcg levels are 156.6

Meg 3 months already! Where the heck is time flying. Seemed like yesterday you announced it! Such a cute announcement and I'm glad you are feeling great.

my sickness seems to have passed yet again and I feel normal again! Not felt like this since before I was pregnant. I'm taking it as a sign that sickness is gone. Fx!

Baby is doing extremely well. He is such an active child. I've had to run to the loo a few times where he has kicked me in the udders lol you guys have it all to come

I had my scan and everything looks good! Saw the baby and yolk sac, saw the heart beating away on the monitor and then heard the heartbeat, it was 160
DH is finally letting himself become excited and it's all just becoming so real now! I measured 8w3d but she's gonna keep it 8w1d like my LMP indicates, don't know why but I'm just glad I didn't get pushed back. So due date stays April 16th. I just wanna go shout it off the roof tops now


I think Kallie might be at burning man right now, right? It was like right around this time at least.

Hey guys! I'm back from Burning Man - I was gone until Tuesday last week. Since then, though, it has been pretty crazy in my life. Right after getting back from vacation I found out that a coworker (who is a total b****, and who has less skills & experience & awards than I do!) got an early promotion, and I didn't! It was a HUGE slap in the face, and I was completely blindsided, so I've been angry and sad and upset all week, and am busy brushing up my resume even though I've been nothing but loyal to the company over the last four years!

I also found out that two male co-workers' wives are pregnant, due in the spring, and a female coworker is pregnant, due in the spring. This is on top of the other two coworkers' babies who were born in the last year, and the one that was due on Saturday (but hasn't arrived yet).

WHAT A TERRIBLE WEEK!

This is my first day back to B&B - definitely going to be feeling very sorry for myself for a while...

Oh damn I'm so sorry Kallie! That really sucks about the promotion, sadly loyalty sometimes doesn't get you anywhere That's what I always think but am starting to see it doesn't matter to everybody

Wow that's a lot of pregnancy in your office!!! It's supposed to be contagious so I'm sure you'll be catching the bug soon enough honey.

Hey Kallie, we are here for you to vent. And hell, that's a lot of pregnancy news to live with! But the promotion is so unfair. Ive been there. Only reason why I am sticking to my job here is the maternity benefits.

But glad you enjoyed your trip. Be all Zen and switch!

How are the rest of you? My work has been crazy ( will be all of 1st tri ) so Ive had no time at all to check in. I have to get my 6wk scan anytime next week - hope to see a HB, FX!

I am definitely feeling better already - have received so much support from family and friends and you guys have been so sweet.

I will definitely do what is right for me. And I definitely agree that distraction is good for TTC! I haven't been mopey about it, unlike some other months... At least so far!

I definitely hope that it is catching. I do know that some of my co-workers that have had babies or who are pregnant had trouble getting pregnant, so I am really happy for them, and I'm trying to see it as a good example of the end goal, instead of being jealous! (It can be hard though!!!)

Hubs an I just celebrated our one year wedding anniversary and our 16 week mark! 😊
I'm feeling pretty darn good. Sleep is still a must I have to be in bed @ 9:30 at night to beable to wake up for 8am!
Food and smells aren't an issue unless it's Chicken breast. 😷 gross. Makes me want to barf thinking about it.

I was just listening to a podcast ("Preggie Pals") and they had a whole episode about sleep and pregnancy! Definitely very important. I feel like I don't get enough sleep now as it is!

finally getting all the baby stuff ready and going on maternity leave soon.

The back aches are getting worse. I knew this with my scoliosis, I still have a big growth spurt at the end. Don't know how I will cope eeekk.

Since 3 months I ve had irregular menst. cycle and my doctor said that now I have low progesterone . She told me to use oral contraceptions but somehow I am feeling more stressed about it. Come on I wanna have a baby . I dont wanna use the cobtraceptions now! Please reply anyone

Why does your doctor want you on oral birth control?? Do they not know your trying to get pregnant? The process can be very stressing, sadly, but when it happens I hear it's all worth it! Good luck

Actually, I have heard that going on birth control is a common way to 'jumpstart' fertility. By doing a 1-3 month course, it can reset your body's hormones to be fertile as soon as you go off the birth control.

I would discuss it with your doctor, and if you feel you need a second opinion go ahead, but it does make sense.

Are you seeing a fertility specialist?
