I think many women that try bf and stop for whatever reason see it ad they failed. When I used to talk about my struggles with bf and tge reason I went onto formula. I used to say I failed. Again I don't think anyone meant it in a mean way. I still say now " I failed at breastfeeding due to la lack of support"

I was formula fed and in and out of hospital and still suffer. My mum tried breastfeeding my bro but thats because she was in Holland when she had him and it was the thing then and I was born in Ireland so she never bothered as it wasnt done here.

Both my little brothers were fed on breastmilk for only 3 or 4 weeks then they were put onto soy milk cos they were allergic to the whey and vomitted after every single feed. My littlest brother has asthma but my other little brother doesn't.

I have asthma also and stomach probs vomitting etc, was in and out of hospital alot and am a coalic I kinda wish she had of bf me but she had no time for me.

My brother was BF until he was 2 yrs old. He was suffering frm asthma when he was a toddler, has very poor eye sight, & very lazy. He almost failed this yr & he's not smart at all he's 17. My 2nd brother ( the only one who was FF among us), never had any health issues, he's sooo smart, he's 24 yrs now & a very successful engineer.

Me & my 3rd brother were BF for 1.5 yrs. Some babies have stronger immune system than others. It's like adults, I dont get sick easily, but my DH is not the same. We were both BF.

Well my other half has chrons diesease and we heard that breastfeeding can prevent these so anything to make sure our son dosnt have the same suffering as we have had. And he hasnt been sick once. So its good enough for me. I will do whatever I can to ensure he is the best he can be and if he does get sick I tried didnt i.

I used to have a cat that attacked frogs. they make really awful noises when they are scared

I cant watch anything on tv because OH has a new 3view box so he's watching youtube stuff on the TV, excited like a kid

Use some of your breastmilk to wipe your eye! works wonders

Hope you feel better soon That's a good tip, I still make tiny amounts of milk and have used it on blemishes and things before
