Vesta's Weight loss

My husband and I will be TTC in December, so I want to loose more weight before then.

I weighted in at 157.4 pounds this morning. This gives me a BMI of 28.3.

I'll be keeping track of the weightloss in this thread. Hopefully it will give me a bit of motivation which I've lost.

I'll weigh myself every Sunday.
