    I saw this last night on the Online Dragons Den and thought a few of you might be interested.

    You can do fitness classes like pilates, circuits, aerobics and toning on your computer or put them on a DVD and they have new classes for you to do everyday, so better than a DVD as you wont get bored. On most of them it also tells you how many calories you will burn in each session.
