Thought I would join in. Up until now I haven't been worrying about my weight as I am breastfeeding, but I've actually put on weight since Aaron was born!
I was 7 stone before pregnancy and am 8 stone 11 lb now. I'm eating LOADS at the moment but I can't really reduce the amount while I am breastfeeding, tried that yesterday and I got a tummy ache from being so hungry. I'll have to exercise more, cut out all the baddies and fill up on healthy stuff. Not fair, before I was pregnant I could eat what ever I liked and never put on a pound!
So, plan of action:
- Walk down town with the pram every day.
- Do 10 minutes of toning exercises every day to get rid of the flab!
- Only one naughty thing (e.g. chocolate bar) each day.
- Snack on fruit and vegetables instead.
