Weight Loss support Thread

well done on all the weight losses girls..:) I'm not a loser this week, some may dissagree :rofl: will be flying next week..My baby is 8 months tomorrow, so I no longer have her to use as an excuse :blush:
 
Well... I haven't lost any more weight.. I'm eating so lightly, it's so frustrating. I guess I need to do some exercise. I'll kick my ass and subscribe at the gym.. :dohh::dohh:
 
you've lost a LOT in 3 weeks jess, the rest will come off no worries.
 
You're doing great Aqua! I've just weight myself... gained a pound :hissy:

Of course you could! God knows how much stuff we harbour in our intestines anyways, right?
 
not updated in aaages!! but im now 10 stone 7!!!! go me!!! according to my wii fit, i need to lose another at least 10-11lb to be BMI 22... but im just takin it easy! if i lose anymore so be it, if not then its cool!!!

I was so damn careful all week and now my mother is coming to spend the weekend with me.. She'll be cooking cake and crap like that, OH NO!!!! :dohh::dohh:
 
Well done Yvanne! BMI 22 sounds really healthy - It's well within normal isn't it?

I know mine it the top end normal and that's 24.something.

I've finally got down to 11 stone dead on! (down from 13stone 7lbs at the end of pregnancy) - Just 2 more stone to go!! :happydance:

Having said that, it does seem that the first 2 stone kind of just dropped off (in the form of a baby, waters and placenta? :blush:) and it's the next 2 stone that are gonna be really hard work to burn off...

I am still about 53 kg, that's good :happydance:

could keep weight up and did not loose anything anymore!

still want to breastfeed, possibly until she is one!

then I can start to diet, if I want to loose more :hi:

I wasn't too happy the last two weeks so I'm really trying hard this week. I can't exercise yet because I'm still recovering from a surgery.
