Hi ladies! Hmmmm I should be in the 2ww. Worried now I'm not ovulating as no positive yet and cm really dried up. I had ewcm on cd 13 and 14 but no smiley. I didn't test as early as cd 10 or 12 - maybe ff is right and I did o early. However temp is coming down now and I am only cd15, just impatient - maybe I will o tomorrow or Monday!

Gemmy, I'm right there with you!!! EWCM CD13 & 14, now dried up & no +OPK yet on CD16. But, I didn't ov til CD18 last cycle - usually 5wk cycles. But temps are all over this cycle - ???? been a little sick. That seems to be a common "flavor of the month" I'm hearing so far?

Just wanted to drop in & tell you that we seem to have similar cycles & ov times AND symptoms, so someone is going thru it all with you!

I'll keep tabs on you so let me know if/when something happens & I will also post when something happens (or doesn't?) w/me... Keeping FX for us both!

Wow we sure do seem to be similar! No change here - still no +opk, I shouldn't be so surprised but really expected it this weekend. My temps are getting lower and lower which is weird compared to last month. It almost looks like my period is coming on my chart. What about you?? Maybe you will ov on day18 again. You know I've been feeling a little sick. Maybe all this is delaying it for us.

I'm hoping you'll wake up tomorrow morning w/higher temps - thinking this could be the dip before ov for you -? You may have to eventually discard a couple of those temps around CD9 (?). TBC...

AFM - had a spark of hope late last nite w/EWCM back & then dry again today. And temps skyrocketed today but I know thats wrong - just from sinus/nausea illness crud going on & the meds. My temp now is way lower than this am, so I'll prob hav to discard that temp. in order to get crosshairs.

Perhaps tomorrow will bring sighs of relief for both of us I'm just a little worried bc had hormone tests came back not so great so now that info can play havoc in my mind & the stress alone from thinking I'm not going to ov can actually delay my ov (such a vicious cycle). I know - relax, relax, relax...

Thanks hunny well I did have ewcm last night and, I did get that smile today!!!!!! - (monday 27th and so gutted dh was too tired last night.) So we have baby danced mon 20th, wed 22nd, fri 24th, sat 25th BUT NOT SUN 26TH AND NOT YET ON MONDAY 27TH but we will tonight mon 27th and tomorrow tues 28th ..........do you think we stand a good chance?? Oh and temp rose from yesterday's big dip up to 36.21 - I need to change ff now!

What were your hormone tests? I hope you got a positive opk too?? V promising with the ewcm. yes relax relax....saying that I haven't relaxed yet!! GL xx

Yay! I had a feeling you would today! About your question, it depends how long you get +OPKs for. I usually only get 1 +OPK, so I have 12 hrs from that & thats it. Anything after ov is just sex-for-fun b/c you can't possibly get preg after ov. So, if +OPK for a couple of days, for instance, then yes - BD rt after work today if you can & then I would tomorrow too only if DH/OH doesn't have sperm issues. GL to you!!!

AFM - EWCM back & temp dipped this morning, so I'm hopeful that I'll get a tonight or tomorrow - prob CD19 ov this time (but thats ok - dealing w/sinus crud could have delayed it). Oh - and I took Benadryl for allergies so that dried me up some the other day. I got that & Mucinex mixed up (one dries you up & one helps w/CM). About the only thing you can't take during ov & I need it bad... oh well, suffering seems to be our specialty!

Oh - estrogen very low & poss. progesterone (even tho my symptoms match estrogen dominance? weird). I made appt for Wed. w/RE to have the gammut of tests run. I've been hearing too many stories of late to ignore just doing all the tests. Friends tried 1.5 yrs just to finally find out he had rare issue & they'd never - I mean never-ever-ever get preg w/o IVF. All that time!

Thanks Lil, you were right! Ohhh part of me wants to test now and tomorrow to see if smile is still there, and part of me thinks nah save them for next month, they are expensive enough! And looking at my temps - they suggest I ovulated yesterday (sunday) despite negative opk. We still need to do tonight's bd - been letting my dinner go down

Hope you get that soon! 2ww is long enough without waiting so long to get in the thing! Yeah it's good to get tests done for piece of mind and help when and where you need it.

I usually mark it on the calender and my OBGYN said to start trying on day 10-20 to increase our chances. My cycle usually is only lasting 3 days if that. I spot the first day, cramp & sometimes heavy on the 2nd and by the 3rd its pretty much done.

I wish my periods were that short. Some women have all the luck. But I meant, how long do you usually have between periods? 28 days? Shorter? Longer?

But trying days 10-20 seems like you'll definitely will be covered.

Hello LilSluz! I'm not taking any supps, my prog. level was really high when I tested it the cycle before around cd21, and my cycles and LP's have been at least 13 days + all the other months, so last month was a bit of a strange one... 11 day LP and only 27days, when all my other cycles tracked are at least 31 days. So I'm waiting to see what this month brings! If it happens again I think I'll book in to see my dr., but I'll wait and see

Hi Ella!! They're only a plum for one more day! They turn into a peach on Wednesday, lol. And Wednesday marks THIRTEEN WEEKS!! I'll officially be through the first trimester!!!

Hi ladies, this is my second round of clomid 100 mg 3-7 the first month was a tester lol cause DH was deployed. So this month my hubby is home and I started my second round. Everything has gone pretty good this cycle, I had a positive OPK yesterday which was CD 18 for me which was later than last month which was on CD 16, DH and I have been BDing since CD 10 eveyday, some days twice aday. and I also had a positive OPK today so now that we have positives and been BDing, when will my DPO start today or tommarow? lol I'm so confused if you ladies can help me that would be great, and if I'm DPO I will be back for my dreadful tww.

I know they are $$$, but they are worth it! Gives you such peace of mind just to see that . I've only gotten 2 of them in 1 yr + 2 mos, so i will re-mortage my house if I have to - to see that smiley! lol

Danswifey, do you chart? If not, you need to go onto fertilityfriend.com & start. It will give you the exact day of ov. You can get +OPK 1-3 days depending on your cycles, so the only way to "truly" tell is a temp shift, which indicates progesterone release for at least 3 days in a row. thats what FF will do for you.

I have tried to temp but really havent stuck with it I really need to though! I guess I will try if Im out this month but Im hopeful I get my long awaited BFP!!! Were you trying to ask if I have been ttc for 8 years cause I didnt know cause the question was not finished lol But if so Yes DH and I have been trying for 8 years but not assisted until now cause the FS kept telling my that I was young and to keep trying cause the only issue I have is I have Endo and now that I have gotten a second opion the new FS is on the ball and we are trying the clomid so yea its been long awaited BFP but I'm hoping this is my last month. Thanks for the help and I if I'm out this month then I will def temp next cycle.

Hi beautiful ladies!!!
the good news-it is my birthday. The bad news-frickin' AF showed up! Yes that witch came on my birthday!!! Shit. I knew it, I didn't ovulate. I started lightly spotting yesterday, CD 21. Today is CD 22 and I woke up with cramps and my temp dropping to 97.5. She showed up about 4pm today. Oh well.

Thank you for thinking of me and the lovely birthday wishes. It made my day. what would I do without you guys? It makes TTC much easier and the disappointments more bearable.


I think for this next cycle, I am going to try Soy. It is like Clomid, but natural. Hope that helps me to ovulate. Then maybe try IUI in April when my doc gets back.

May i ask....What are you going to take that's soy? I studied nutrition and I know that it is controversial for hormones... Just want you to be careful.. Have you thought about seeing a Naturapathic Doctor... One that specializes in fertility and does acupuncture?
