Crylynn, I used to have panic attacks and let me tell you they are real as hell. I managed to overcome them by drinking a Very cold glass of water as soon as I felt one coming on. I never chugged it, just took nice slow sips and deep calm breaths. I have NO idea why it worked but it calmed me down. They stopped and never came back. I thank GOD so much for that because they are very frightening. I used to think I would have to go to the hospital. When it happens, tell yourself that it is just for a couple mins. and it will go away. You sound like you may have some depression and maybe your hormones are off. I am not a doctor but exercise and simple one a day vitamins REALLY contributed to healing my anxiety. I started exercising and I felt much better and even my depression went away. It is all about taking care of YOU. You are number ONE. YOu are unique and special and you need to make it a priorety to relax, don't think too hard about tomorrow and don't let your fears get the best of you. I know, you probably already know that. I just so remember being JUST LIKE YOU! Having those problems. Since I started doing the stuff I suggested, I got better. It took a bit of time but it was necessary for my body to get back into balance. I sure hope you get your BFP as soon as the good Lord desires...and he DOES! He put this desire in us to have a child so he will fulfill it. Okay, I don't want to chat your ear off so I will go. Next time you have a panic attack, just give it a try and remember to tell yourself it is only for a little bit and it will go away. HUGS and BABY DUST.
