I'm having my FET on Wednesday, but I'll be 5 days ahead of you since my embryos are that old.

I have made an appointment with massage therapist. I couldn't find a specialist for fibro here so I will have to go to primary care doctor and let her refer one.
Yesterday my parents surprised me with the news that they are coming to visit next month! First time since our wedding. I am excited about spending time with them. They were supposed to come in October and dh commented how they probably wouldn't be coming at all now so he was surprised.

Yesterday my parents surprised me with the news that they are coming to visit next month! First time since our wedding. I am excited about spending time with them.

Yes! My lining looked awesome on Friday and with my 2 month history of it falling apart shortly after the 12th day of estrogen priming, my FS (and I agreed) that we should start PIO shots immediately so we wouldn't lose the lining again. In a FET you always do the transfer on the 6th day of PIO, so that is Wednesday! Had my biopsy returned any anomolies then it would have meant that my lining wasn't receptive on the 6th day and it would have told us to shift it +/- a day or 2. That is what the test was for. To ensure that my lining was receptive on the normal day for FET transfer. So in about 24 hours I'll be at the FS office!!!

My GP has always sent me to good specialists, so here is hoping that yours will too! I hope you can get to the bottom of whether your Fibro is effecting your chances, or whether RA might be the issue? Then knowing that you can make decisions about whether to do 2 more IVFs with your eggs or whether to go the DE route I still think you should go see a different FS, if only for a second opinion, to make sure that you are getting the best advice!

I bet you are happy to hear your parents are coming, that is awesome!! When will they be here?

They are arriving around the 24th June. My Dad hasn't put in for his vacation date yet. It dropped to 34 f last night which was a very late frost so good thing they are coming then as it will be nice and warm by then. DH is in a very negative frame of mind still and he only wants to do donor egg and sperm and not waste anymore time seeing new RE's. He thinks if my eggs didn't block his swimmers then we should look into DE since now our chance of having a trisomy baby is also getting higher the more time goes on. That makes me feel like if something went wrong I would feel like it is my fault. So I am thinking just to give in and go with donor egg. I am not stubborn like he is lol I insisted he does a sperm analysis though so we can see if ICSI might be an option with his

Sounds like a lot of exciting things happening tomorrow!! Maybe Wednesday is the lucky day, because my brother and his wife are having their baby tomorrow, so yay..another nephew! I'm excited for them and can't wait to meet him in a couple months.

Ali - Good luck on the FET tomorrow! Sounds like everything is on track!

I'm on a TCC sabbatical right now, so I can take vacations and enjoy some time off with my husband (I'm a bit selfish with my time with him ;-) ). We're not stressing about anything, and to be honest, we may just decide not to pursue it any further...still up in the air.

I'm sorry you and DH are not on the same page with this decision. Especially when time is of the essence. Regardless of whether you use your eggs and DH's sperm or go to DE/DS (or some combination of the 2), you need to act now! So if you think your DH is adamant about going the DE/DS route, and you are on board, then I'd say go for it!

coy how is your gorgeous baby girl and her big sisters?

AFM still ttc been 2 years now with no luck finally plucked up the courage and saw dr tonight been putting it of as didn't think would get any help with having 5 boys and my age but how wrong was I. He said there is no reason why we cant investigate and not to worry about menopause as i'm still having regular monthly cycles so that's not an issue.
Got home and 1/2 hour later got call from dr to say he had arranged for me to have bloods done cd 2 and 17 next cycle (could have done this cycle but have just been put on medication for Bursitis in my shoulder so doesn't want to jeopardise any pregnancy)when we have results will then refer us to a fertility specialist so all in all am very happy at the outcome.

Well I still havent surged. I got a lot of ewcm and the lines are pretty dark on the opk tester. We have to ups the shipper back Thursday so we are doing both the insemination tomorrow. One at 7am and one at 10pm. I will be thinking about you tomorrow also Ali. Good luck.

AFM.. went to an art studio and painted this evening. Pretty fun! It is a class where we all paint the same thing and the teacher steps us through it. We had a blast! My art turned out OK.. nothing too special but also not too bad for my first time! As I was sitting there I thought.. What an awesome memory to have of the eve of the transfer!

I'm all excited for tomorrow, just one more sleep!

Afm, some more queasiness starting on Sun at 8 weeks. Fatigue has increased. I have an appt with a very highly regarded ob on Wed next week. Hope all you ladies are doing well!

ladies-- just wanted to say I am sorry if I have seemed distant the last few weeks. I have been "hit" so to speak in my online communications, someone hacked my email and from there was able to access my bnb and facebook accounts. I had to disable messaging on bnb for a while, and someone got in the other day (I am guessing???! ) and deleted almost all of my friends on FB I have sent out requests to all of you again - Sams, I can't find you anywhere!!! Can you maybe find me in one of the other friends lists? Aaargh,. so frustrating. First my tires, then the stupid chicken thing (lol) then this. I wanna mooovvvee! Not sure moving would fix it but I'd sure feel alot better about things, lol!
