Welcome to 'Trying To Conceive Over 35'

Melly.. tell me about it! FS's that are good are hard to come by. I like mine but recently found out he had a substance abuse problem 8 years ago and was reprimanded for it. Imagine showing up for an embryo transfer and your Dr is high on coke? Or some such drug. I know he's better now, and I don't worry about that happening. But even my FS has a skeletonin his closet.
Another thing is that since none of this is covered by insurance the costs are over the moon, and more than most can afford. I also wonder about how much is necessary and when to say enough is enough?
So while my FS has been there for me and done everything humanly possible to get me pregnant, I also wonder if all they see are $$ signs, ooh an older woman willing to pay big bucks to try to get pregnant, wonder how long we can string her along?

Round Ligament Pain.....any veterans deal with this in any of their pregnancies? How can you relieve the pain esp if I want to get back to the gym?

It's going up to 97 here. Lord have mercy.

Hi Baby...

the thing that worked great for me was www.spinningbabies.com

As a massage therapist, I can tell you that they're theories are sound and the exercises make anatomical sense. You will feel ridiculous doing them at first, but it's well worth the effort! My midwives turned me on to them!
I did the 'forward-leaning inversion' and the 'pelvic tilts' from the website right up to when I gave birth. The forward-leaning inversion, in particular, will literally stretch the round ligament and provide you with some relief. The round ligament is the one which anchors the uterus and by doing the inversion, gravity and the weight of the uterus will help stretch it very effectively. Always have someone there to help/spot you and don't stay upside down for longer than they recommend.
There is much talk about using spinning babies to help babies move into proper position- if your baby is, then doing the exercises won't change that. Its a win-win!

I found my hip/low-back discomfort disappeared when I did my exercises!

hope this helps!!

phil.

This is amazing!!! Thank you so much. I also think I'm beginning to feel the baby. Feels like gas bubbles gong from one side of my belly to the other and I can feel pressure when he's on one side vs the other.

that sounds like movement to me!! how far along are you now?
p.

I will be 18 weeks this weekend.

BabyWhisperer.. congrats on being 18 weeks! So exciting :happydance:
Even better that you are feeling the little one moving!! :wohoo:

Phil.. thanks for the tips about round ligament pain, I'll hopefully remember that when I get pregnant soon! Yes I'm determined to make it happen! LOL!

I've been super busy prepping for my trip to Canada, actually at the dealership getting it serviced for the trip, they are doing some warranty work (free)!

Next up.. my FS appt, I'll find out what caused my MC, or at least have a better idea I hope. We'll discus my next cycle and whether we'll use my frosties :cold: or a fresh IVF. I'm not sure what the best option is?

:dust:

18 weeks is so exciting, BabyW! it probably seems early to you, but the time will fly by so fast!

Ali, I have been a little m.i.a. but I read the posts as often as I can- I'm still cheering for you!

Things have been a little hectic and crazy here- still helping others deal with the aftermath of all the flooding- it's the worst flooding here in recorded history.... so many families effected.... it's surreal though, because some neighbourhoods are completely UNeffected (like mine) and it all seems to be happening somewhere else until you get right into the effected areas!

More later, I'm off to take the girls to see their G.G. (great-grandmother)!

much love to all my BnB ladies and welcome to the newbies!
phil.

I hate to think the worse of people, but when I meet with our FS, I can't help but wonder the same thing. Are they stringing me along? Are they not offering my husband any advice on his sperm count? etc. All, I can say, is thank GOD for the internet, because I think it's made educating ourselves about this crazy journey plausible, and gives us hope on other options. Also, I think review sites, such as Yelp, helps keep the industry a bit more honest.

Hi ladies! :hi:

Back from my appt at the FS!

I have plenty to update you with!

First off I will tell you that the results of the chromosomal test were inconclusive  all they found were normal XX cells that when they did DNA testing on them came back as me! A match to the blood sample that went along with the tissue sample :grr:
However based upon the timing of the failure and the size of the yolk sac my FS was able to conclude with some certainty that it was likely trisomy 16 which is a heart issue and usually the miscarriage occurs at the time the heart should be developing and taking its first beats.

Second we discussed what to do next and we decided to follow the CCRM protocol (CCRM is a fertility place in Colorado that has high rates of success with women in their 40s. This includes supplements for 3 months, then a fresh IVF with the protocol that works best for you according to your antral follicle count, your AMH and your previous IVF cycles. Next up is ICSI to fertilize the embryos. Then CCS (comprehensive chromosomal screening) this eliminates all the embryos with chromosomal issues. Finally it is a freeze all cycle and the perfect embryo(s) up to 2 will be transferred in a subsequent cycle. Following this plan gives a 76% chance of success (live birth) and only a 1.9% chance of miscarriage. Me thinks thems some good odds! :haha:

So we'll also test the two :cold: I have and if they are any good we'll do a day 6 transfer of just those embryos during the fresh (this is because you can't defrost then test then freeze again, and they have to test them all at once for me to only have to pay once. So if any are good they have to go in during the fresh cycle. Any fresh perfect embryos will be frozen for a later FET.

I also had an ultrasound to see where I was in my cycle, and he said I was still looking pretty dormant but perhaps in the first week of my cycle. My lining was 6.6 and my ovaries had plenty of antral follicles, but no dominant ones. So I'm probably still in the early stages of a cycle. He said my period was at least 3 weeks out. So at least I won't have AF while on vacation!

For those of you interested in the CCRM cocktail here it is:

Myo Inositol 2gm, 2 times daily
Melatonin 3mg, nightly
L-Arginine 1000 mg, 2 times daily
CoQ10 200 mg, 2 times daily
DHEA 25 mg, 3 times daily (poor responders only)

My FS said lets give it a try, and said let's test your DHEA before we supplement that. I've been a good responder in the past so I doubt I need it.

So that is it in a nutshell! It's a lot to ingest but at least we have a plan! My FS jokingly said thanks for doing my work for me, and would you like to be my assistant?:haha: He said I could go back to school and in 10 heard I'd be a certified (or certifiable) Specialist in Reproductive Endocrinology!!! :haha:

Wow...this is very interesting. I'm glad we can all learn from you!

Regarding the chromosome test, so it appears it was a general problem, nothing to do with the high NK cells, correct?

Regarding the new protocol. Holy cow!! Talk about amazing success rates. I'm very excited for you to get started on this. It's a lot to digest (as you said) but is very fascinating. When would be your next IVF procedure then? Are you waiting three months?

Thanks for the info on the cocktail. Good to know, that I've already been taking most of these for awhile; except DHEA and melatonin. Very interesting.

This all sounds very promising, and I'm very excited for you. At least now you have some answers and a solid game plan!

I've stolen this from another board, but it explains the research (at the time of the posting) about these supplements and how they can help fertility), it was initially written on 3/19/2011

It discusses the CCRM fertility cocktail, and a few other supplements that are commonly taken to improve fertility. This woman did a great job of researching all of these things, and after speaking with my FS, he said none of it would hurt, so let's do it! The only one he was cautious about was DHEA (and we're testing me to see whether I'm deficient in it, if so we'll add it in, but if not, then it won't help. He said he's used it for some women and hasn't seen much improvement personally, and so he is hesitant to prescribe unless there is an actual need.

DHEA
DHEA beneficially affects egg and embryo quality by reducing chromosomal abnormalities.
Investigators at CHR now report to have elucidated at least one of the mechanisms by which DHEA exerts beneficial effects on egg and embryo quality, thereby improving pregnancy chances and reducing miscarriages after IVF. The mechanism involves improvement of chromosomal integrity of embryos.
It is well known that as women age, the risk of chromosomal abnormalities in pregnancies and offspring increases. Most chromosomal abnormalities in embryos result in miscarriages. Collaborating in 2009 with colleagues from Toronto, Canada, investigators from CHR reported unexpectedly low spontaneous miscarriage rates in pregnancies conceived on DHEA supplementation (Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology). They suspected that such low miscarriage rates had to be the consequence of lower aneuploidy (chromosomal abnormalities), but proof was lacking.
In a recently published study, investigators from CHR now, for the first time, confirmed that DHEA reduces chromosomal abnormalities (aneuploidy) in embryos through preimplantation genetic screening (PGS). The greatest reduction in aneuploidy (22%) was observed with 4-12 weeks of DHEA supplementation prior to IVF.
VERDICT: Numerous studies available showing that DHEA holds promise as a compound to improve egg quality, most effective when taken at least 4 weeks prior to cycle

Royal Jelly

Here is what The Infertility Cure has to say about Bee pollen and royal Jelly:

"Bee pollen and/or royal jelly is regenerative and tonifying. Bogdan Tekavcic M.D., a Yugoslavian gynecologist, conducted a study in which the majority of women who were given bee pollen with royal jelly showed improvement or disappearance of their menstral problems, while there was no change in the placebo group. Another study showed bee pollen significantly improved sperm production in men. Bee pollen, which is worker bee food, is rich in vitamins, minerals, necleic acids, and steroid hormones, and improves health, endurance, and immunity. royal jelly is modified pollen fed only to the reproducing queen bee, whose job is to produce more infant bees. The nutritive tonic might be considered the bee equivalent of fertility drugs. Rich in amino acids, vitamins, and enzymes, royal jelly helps the queen lay millions of eggs and live longer than the worker bee."

VERDICT: I cannot find any peer reviewed studies to support the use of this product. I am finding anecdotes and stuff from natural therapy websites but nothing published in journals

Myo-inositol

Inositol is a biological compound related to the vitamin B complex group. Its actions in the body include: the formation of cell membrane integrity, the transportation of fats from the liver, and the activation of serotonin receptors. In short, inositol’s physiological roles are especially important for those with diabetes, high or imbalanced cholesterol, PCOS, and mood disorders such as anxiety, panic attacks or depression.
One of the roles of inositol in the body is the development of follicles. Studies have shown that myo-inositol supplementation, where there is depletion, can promote the healthy maturation of follicles. This is of interest to women with PCOS because of evidence showing decreased levels of circulating myo-inositol and increased levels of myo-inositol excreted in the urine, lending an overall deficiency of inositol available for use by the body.
Because inositol is widely available in the foods eaten through a balanced diet-the issue of an inositol deficiency lies in the individual’s inability to absorb the nutrient or perhaps convert it from foods. Aside from this, coffee appears to have the ability to wipe out inositol from the body.
(CAFFEINE THAT EVIL COMPOUND AGAIN)

VERDICT: This appears to be extremely important to women with PCOS and/ or to improve the follicle quality.

Melatonin

Melatonin, is a natural hormone produced in the pineal gland in the brain and helps regulate sleep patterns. By resetting the internal body clock it can help insomniacs to sleep better. It is also helps in cases of seasonally affected depression. Most people know it as an over-the-counter or prescription medication to help conquer jet lag, but melatonin may now have a new use.

Scientists at the World Congress of Fertility and Sterility in Munich, September 2010, heard that women with poor egg quality having IVF treatments who were also treated with melatonin were more likely to get pregnant.

The Study
Poor egg quality is one of the causes of infertility in women and up to now there has been no treatment available to help this condition. However it seems that melatonin may now be able to do the trick. Apparently melatonin helps to improve the quality of the egg by reducing the level of an oxidizing agent called 8-OHdG in the egg. Researchers found that women taking 3mg of melatonin before their next IVF cycle had 50% of their eggs becoming fertilized compared to less than 23% of the eggs of the control group. Following embryo transfer, 19% of the women taking the melatonin became pregnant compared to just over 10% of the women who didn't take it.
Although this was a small study of only 115 women at the Yamaguchi University Graduate School of Medicine in Japan, the results are nevertheless significant. Associate Professor Hiroshi Tamura, the team's leader, believes that "melatonin treatment is likely to become a significant option for improving oocyte quality in women who cannot become pregnant because of poor oocyte (egg) quality"

The Next Step
The next step in the research, apart from repeating the study with a larger group of women, is to study exactly how oxidizing agents play a part in reducing the quality of women's eggs. This research is particularly significant as melatonin was previously believed to lower FSH levels and increase prolactin levels in most women, which are generally considered to lower fertility. However, other research shows that melatonin helps relieve depression in premenopausal women and may help to restore fertility where thyroid function is also affected.

Melatonin And You
According to research cited in both the Journal of General Internal Medicine and the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology, it appears that taking a low dose of melatonin is safe for a healthy person if taken for a short time period. i.e. less than three months. Melatonin is normally taken at night before bed for a variety of sleep disorders and jet lag. Doses vary between 0.3mg and 3.0mg or even higher but it seems that a smaller dose often works better than a larger one.

VERDICT: The study quoted above shows a statistically significant difference in the results to IVF by women taking melatonin. This seems extremely postive and should be part of our arsenal

CoQ10

WOMEN
A study is presently being done by the University of Toronto to determine the impact of CoQ10 on the ovarian response of women 38-43.
The study dosage is 2 caps , 3 times a day- daily intake of 600mg

MEN
CoQ10 is present in seminal fluid and its concentration has a direct impact on sperm count and motility. The effect of CoQ10 on sperm motility and function had been addressed only through in vitro experiments until a group of Italian researchers did two studies on infertile men. CoQ10 increased significantly both in seminal plasma and sperm cells after treatment, as well as spermatozoa motility.
Patients with lower CoQ10 levels and lower motility had a stronger response to the treatment, leading researchers to conclude that CoQ10 supplements help increase CoQ10 levels in semen and improve sperm motility in infertile men.2
Researchers at Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran, Iran, recruited 212 infertile men and randomly assigned them to receive a daily CoQ10 supplement or placebo for 26 weeks. This was followed by 30 weeks with no intervention.
The study, which appears in the current issue of Journal of Urology (July 2009), found that there was significant improvement in sperm counts, density and motility in infertile men, after they took 300 mg of CoQ10 for 56 weeks.
Author Mohammad Reza Safarinejad wrote that the statistically significant but modest results of the study suggest that CoQ10 may have “potential clinical applications in infertile men.” The researcher called for further studies to evaluate if CoQ10 supplementation may play a role in achieving pregnancy in infertile couples.3
In a recent study at the Polytechnic University of Marche, Ancona, Italy, 60 infertile men between the ages of 27 and 39 were given a daily dose of 200 mg of CoQ10 or placebo for 6 months, with a 3-month follow-up. CoQ10 increased significantly in both seminal plasma and sperm cells after treatment. It also improved sperm motility.4
Conclusion

CoQ10 has a proven track record of supporting heart health. Now, men with fertility issues can also feel confident that CoQ10 supplementation can help support their chances of having a child.

VERDICT:
Studies are still being done on the impact of CoQ10 on infertile women but anecdotal evidence and industry accepted practice shows that most diagnosticians accept that CoQ10 will have a positive impact on female fertility commonly cited dosages 300-600mg daily. The benefits that can be seen with supplementation with CoQ10 are especially worthwhile for men with motility problems – dosage between 200-300 mg daily.

L-Arginine

Often called the miracle Molecule by researchers, L Arginine has shown to offer some potent fertility benefits to both men and women who are trying to conceive. More than 10,000 medical citations have been written by researchers investigating the effects of L Arginine on human fertility.

L Arginine does appear to help increase woman’s fertility, with 33% of previously infertile women conceiving after taking the supplement in one study. L Arginine promotes the synthesis of Nitric Oxide(NO). Nitric Oxide is naturally produced by the body and is important for blood dilation, increases blood flow to the uterus, ovaries and genitals.
L Arginine can benefit women by:
• Increasing the cervical mucous
• Enhancing libido
• Promoting a healthy environment for implantation
• May extend fertility for women over 40
Offering several benefits to men, L Arginine does seem to offer sexual function improvement in the vast majority of the men studied. With erectile function affecting nearly 50% of men at some time after their 40th birthday, finding relief with L Arginine has been a real plus to the thousands of men trying to conceive a child with their partners.
Able to help bring up testosterone levels without side affects, L Arginine has been successfully used to increase arterial blood flow to the penis, helping men to get (and keep) an erection longer, giving it the high distinction of a natural Viagra among the medical field.
Sperm health is also affected by L Arginine. For men with low sperm counts, L Arginine can be a real help, with one study showing a 250%-plus increase in sperm amounts and motility in most study participants.
L Arginine may benefit men by:
• Increasing sperm health, count and motility
• Improve erectile function
• Increase testosterone levels if needed
An essential amino acid (not a hormone), its protein building abilities allows L Arginine to cross the blood-brain barrier to the hypothalamus (something other medications and supplements can not do), to naturally trigger the pituitary gland to produce more growth hormone to aid in fertility.
Nitric Oxide, synthesized by L Arginine, is the chemical messenger that creates erections in men and orgasm in women. Without Nitric Oxide, no erection can occur, making conception difficult, if not altogether impossible.
Although L Arginine is a great fertility booster, it does need to be avoided by people with herpes as it can promote an outbreak.

VERDICT:
This is another compound with benefits for both men and women in terms of improving fertility

Pycnogenol

Pycnogenol is used to slow the aging process, maintain healthy skin, improve athletic endurance, and improve male fertility.
Pycnogenol contains substances that might improve blood flow. It might also stimulate the immune system and have antioxidant effects.

For anyone interested in reading
https://www.chiroonline.net/_fileCabinet/pycnog_pub.pdf
This study discusses how Pycnogenol shows the ability to improve sperm morphology.

VERDICT: No peer-reviewed studies on the impact of pycnogenol on female fertility but a few exist on benefits for men taking this compound.

Omega 3 Fatty Acid
Omega-3 fatty acids can help you with fertility in that there is some research that suggests that they help to promote natural ovulation. They do this by helping to extend the portion of your cycle in which you are the most fertile. There is also some evidence to suggest that omega-3 fatty acids can help make a woman’s cycle more regular.
To be sure, Omega-3 fatty acids are not only useful for fertility. Certainly the benefits of Omega-3 fatty acids for a woman once she has become pregnant have been sufficiently researched. Evidence suggests that Omega-3 fatty acids can help avoid miscarriage, as well as helping avoid certain birth defects and helping to reduce the risk that the woman will prematurely go into labor.

Verdict: If you’re struggling with fertility issues, give Omega-3 fatty acids a try. It may be they can give you that little extra help you might need.

You 110% correct, Ali. I have been taking a nice cocktail of supplements since about February, and they are really making a difference now. I always took Ubiquinol, multi-vitamin and Omega, but now I also take FertailAid for women, l-arginitne, Maca,Vitex, Royal Jelly, l-Carintine, and Primose Oil (before ovulation). It took awhile but my cycles were all over the place, up until a few months ago, but I am happy to report that I literally have my ovulation and menstrual cycle down to the hour!! For instance, I know for a fact that I will ovulate sometime tomorrow, during the day...when I'm at work, of course. My LH starts peaking two days prior, but always in the evening, not the morning. My period now starts exactly at 2AM on the 29th day. I now know to wake up in the middle of the night to put a tampon in. That is crazy to me!! Coming from a girl who literally went 3 1/2 years without a period; I didn't even have tampons in my drawer any longer. Being this regular makes me soooooo happy!! :happydance: Granted, we have a ways to go, but this makes conception that much easier ( I hope).

My husband, who, let's face it, is the bulk of our problems, have been taking his "man" supplements and has more than doubled his counts; though they are still low. He's responding really well.

My libido is through the roof this week! :happydance: This has no longer become a chore for either one of us...it's fun again! I don't know if its the supplements or what...but I'm sticking with what I'm doing now.

Sounds like you've made a ton of progress, now we just need to get your DH to make some super sperm :spermy: LOL! Sounds to me like you may as well give it a few more months of trying the old fashioned way, especially since you now find it fun again! If in 3-6 months you haven't been successful, then you can revisit additional help at that time. But for now, have fun and enjoy :sex:  :haha:

As predicted, I'm pretty sure I'm ovulating right now...as I stare out of my office at my gay male colleague across from me, wondering if maybe my husband and I can squeeze one more in tonight after work. It'll have to wait until then. Just funny how I can always sense it's happening when I'm here at work. Maybe someday, I'll actually catch it on the weekend.

At least it's punctual! The egg lives for 24 hours possibly more, ideally the sperm should be there to greet it as it bursts out of the follicle. But sex the day of and day after cant hurt!

It took me only about 4 seconds to get pregnant with my first 3 kids that I had before I was 32. And then it took me 4 months to get pregnant with my 4th a 34.

Hi Everyone! New here. I've been with my husband for 16 years, married for 2, and finally decided--at 35--that we're ready haha. We haven't timed sex for conception until this last month (2 or 3 DBO) and I think it's possible it did the trick!

I've been charting since March and my cycles are 27-28 days (with an oddball 25 cycle thrown in). I'm now at day 29 (14 DPO) with no AF. Very minimal brown CM @ 12 & 13 DPO with nothing today. Sore boobs for the past 7 days, no temp drop yet. I took a test at 12 DPO which was negative and am saving my other test for another day or two. I have my hopes up a little because this is pretty irregular for me!

Thank you!!! Still no AF today, but also got a BFN this morning (couldn't save it!) so guess I'll see...

Babywhisperer- yep, round ligament pain is TOTALLY normal right now! Easy at the gym :winkwink: Happy 18 weeks!

Ali- hey chicky :hi:
LADEEZZZ!!! :bunny: will try to post more soon, catching up on your pages :laugh2:

Hi ladies! Sorry for being MIA, been very busy trying to keep up socially with my husbands plans, went up to Albany to see friends for their house warming/gender reveal. She is due in mid Nov and they used a piñata to tell everyone they were having a girl. Hilarious, but I live pink Starbursts so I was pumped.

Afm, feeling pretty good. Round ligament pain is more muted, bump is starting to form, 20 week scan is Aug 5 and we are in contract on a house and will probably move mid Oct. the financial stress is overwhelming and I have to keep tellin myself it will all work out but man our expenses are going to double. The tax benefits will be awesome but each month will be tight. I have a friend who is due 2 weeks before me and we keep joking that we will have ramen and 2 Buck Chuck parties since they also bought a house. There is a lot of pressure on me right now as I'm the breadwinner for at least a few more years and my company isn't known for doing the right thing, but I'm hoping my contribution and the fact I was one of the first people hired to start this dept will matter for something. There is a jerk I work with that has been just awful to me walking around saying how bad this market is and how he's glad he's not having his first kid and buying his first house. There is a special ring in hell for this guy. Serious moral deficiency and he lies, manipulates, plots and tries to make me look bad. No one likes or trusts him but he's a big producer. There are a lot of a-holes in my business and everyone knows this guy is a bad dude which is why we were the only ones willing to hire him after he got pushed out of his last firm. He even got our trader fired bc he couldn't control him. He's a sick and devious person to try and mess with the livelihood of a pregnant woman. This is the same guy who knocked a woman down the stairs to the subway and kept on going. It amazes me Karma hasn't gotten him yet.

Luckily enough people don't like him and even better that a woman that sits near our trading desk was so offended by how he was treating me that she complained to her manager and my boss has to have a talk with him. He was embarrassed as he should be. I haven't gone to HR as its a career killer but having this woman as a witness and on the record with her boss is amazing support for me. Like I said, no one likes him and they have all become protective of me esp since I'm prego. This guy has 2 daughters too. He's just super insecure and needs to feel like he's in control and make others look bad. It's sad.

I guess if this wasn't going on (work stress) I would be stressing about the pregnancy. I just pray I don't lose my job or end up being pushed out like my trader. I really pray every night that it doesn't happen. I put nothing past this guy. Nothing.

Sorry for the rant. Just feeling a lot of pressure to perform in what is the worst market in 40yrs for our product. Bonds are getting crushed and the issue with Detroit isn't helping. Our pension liabilities are crushing municipalities and hurting tax payers. Something needs to change.

In happier news I have discovered Zulily and love how all kids clothes are half off!! They have awesome stuff and there is an app for the iPhone. No reason to pay full price for anything these days!! If you haven't you need to check it out. They are doing a Christmas in July sale and the outfits are adorable!

Happy Friday, lets go kick some butt and show why women are the stronger sex!!

Hey BabyW!

Glad to hear from you, you have very exciting news! A house, and baby on the way, and yes I've peeked at Zulily before, but haven't joined since I don't really need another place to shop.. :haha: I do just fine at all the other places

I can only imagine that dude at your office, I've met and dealt with a few of them, and unfortunately they have all ended in me getting canned  So I'd be super careful of him. You have one thing in your favor and that is your are pregnant hopefully they won't fire you while you are. Course I'm sure you are doing an amazing job and there is no reason to fire you, but these people are devious and so I'd watch your back. We have one of those guys at our office, he's the head of the accounting department, and now that I think about it, he did fire an accountant when she was pregnant! I had only just started at the company and didn't know her well other than to see her with her pregnant belly. I have no idea why he fired her, and she may have had cause for firing, but I remember thinking at the time, wow, that is really bad form! Anyway, I don't mean to worry you more, just trying to make sure you are protecting yourself from this a$$.

Enjoy being pregnant and all the wonderful things that go along with it! You did it girl!!!
