What did you eat today? (second trimester edition)

Breakfast: A 'squares' cereal bar, a coffee and a hot choc
Snack: Pickled onion monster munch
Dinner: Chicken soup with toast
Tea: Toast, bacon and beans
Snacks: later tonight will probs have some sweets and a bowl of cereal


Not a very healthy day but whatever... its been a stressful one! :( x
 
1 cracker
4 apricot rugelach
Doritos (nacho cheese flavor)
2 slices ziti pizza
mini vanilla cream filled donut
1/2 yellow pepper
bowl of white rice with potato chips
bowl of penne ala vodka (homemade -don't worry - I 'flambe'd' the vodka sauce to cook it off. ;) )

Drank:
1.5 liters water
1 cup cranberry/seltzer shpritz
mug of sleepytime tea
 
breakfast/snack:
greek yogurt and bran: 300 c.
apple: 80 c.
nonfat latte: 130 c.

turkey/cheese/asparagus wrap: 140 c.
fresh veg salad (tomato, lettuce, red pepper, carrots): 60 c.
mini cookie: 50 c.
small piece of bread: 60 c.

snack:
pretzel m&ms: 150 c.

Frosties for breakfast
Dumplings and veg for evening meal.

Been at hosp all day so no time for lunch!
 
1 apple
some green grapes
small plate with pesto pasta, roasted potatoes, and broccoli stalk salad
2 whole grain dinner rolls
large soymilk+fruit smoothie
 
I've been soo good all week then went out for dinner last night and had a big chicken salad smothered in a no doubt fattening (but oh so good!) dressing, a big slice of lemon tart then went home and ate about half a box of cadbury favourites.. opps

And I know its wrong but I'll most likely eat the other half of the chocolates tonight :blush:

Breakfast - toast with peanut butter and a yogurt
Lunch - homemade chicken noodle soup
Snacks - apple, crackers and peanut butter, cereal
For dinner I'm having a nice big salad.

Not super healthy but not horrible either. I need more fruits and veggies.
 
Breakfast- cinnamon cherrios and a banana
Lunch- PB and honey sandwich on wheat bread
Dinner 1- left over chicken marsala and doritos (work snack)
Dinner 2- when I'm home its chicken and cauliflower time.

Lunch -
Ham, cheese and mayo sandwich on crusty bread, strawberry soya milkshake, cup of tea

Snack -
8 squares milka daim chocolate

Dinner -
Chicken dippers, chippy chips, beans, Mayo, 2 slices buttered bread, jam sponge and custard (small portion) can of coke.

Supper -
Cup of tea
Sausage and egg sandwich

Snack -
Milkybar yoghurt
Platter of pineapple, mango and melon
2 glasses cherry coke

I can't stop eating...
 
Can of sliced peaches
Beef barley soup
couple cookies
rice cake with cream cheese
Burger and baked potato

I've gradually begun slipping into a mediocre diet.. :dohh:

fresh veggie salad (tomatoes, 1/2 red pepper, lettuce, cucumber): 50 c.
honey mustard dressing: 140 c.
bran: 100 c.

Let's see... so far today (as it's only lunch time here)

Breakfast: frozen waffle with nutella, 1 sausage link
Snack: greek yogurt with Cheerios, mini babybel white cheddar cheese
Lunch: egg salad sandwich, V8, Pirates Booty, cornichon pickles, 2 Twix (lol)
 
Breakfast:
2 slices cinnamon toast

Lunch:
bowl of rice with potato chips

Dinner:
Nothing 'official'

Snacks:
chocolate chip muffin
2 cheese borekas
plain pita bread
french fries
handful of Reeses Pieces

Drinks:
1 liter water
1 cup of cranberry/seltzer
half a mug of peppermint tea
 
breakfast: 2 chocolates and a handful of cheesies (urrrgh horrible choice but it was good!)
snack: small cappuccino
lunch: spinach salad
dinner: i think i will have veggies and i really want mac and cheese (i LOVE cheese!)
then maybe later another snack (probably fruit...)
 
3 eggs, scrambled, for breakfast
banana for snack
1 cup turkey chili for lunch
apple for snack
2 chewy rolaids :)
no idea what's for dinner...
 
Today i have had:

Breakfast: bran and sultanas
Snack: cheese and crackers
Lunch: thai green curry
Snack: pear and a cereal bar
Tea: scrambled eggs, toast, sausages and tinned spaghetti
 
so far i have eaten

Breakfast - 2 rounds of toasts with low fat jam
1 bowl of cornflakes with warm milk and a sprinkle of canderel sugar on top

Still undecided on Lunch and Dinner yet :) x
 
For breakfast today I had fruit & fibre cereal and a round of cheese on toast.

Lunch I think will be scrambled egg and some chicken breast

Dinner is apple stuffed pork chops with vegetables
