breakfast: oatmeal made with water and a hardboiled egg mashed in
snack: toasted wholewheat role with margerine and a little honey
drinks: hot water with fresh spearmint leaves, 1/2 cup tea, water
lunch: 2 cups of homemade vegetable broth & an iron supplement
will probably have: 2 homemade banana muffins later
dinner will probably be something really plain like rice that I hopefully won't throw-up... night sickness is not fun!
