What did you eat today? (second trimester edition)

breakfast: oatmeal made with water and a hardboiled egg mashed in
snack: toasted wholewheat role with margerine and a little honey
drinks: hot water with fresh spearmint leaves, 1/2 cup tea, water
lunch: 2 cups of homemade vegetable broth & an iron supplement

will probably have: 2 homemade banana muffins later

dinner will probably be something really plain like rice that I hopefully won't throw-up... night sickness is not fun!
 
Yesterday -

Breakfast -
Rolo yoghurt, carton apple and mango juice

Lunch -
Chicken cuppa soup, 2 slices buttered bread, pack of fruit salad chewits

Snack -
Carton mango juice,
Strawberry jelly with whipped cream

Dinner -
Large bigmac meal with a large coke

Snack -
4 Thorntons chocolates

Supper -
Half a bowl of my dolmio pasta shells with creamy tomato sauce and some grated cheese! And a strawberry iced ring donut

I'm 16+4
I had a proper sweet tooth earlier ...
Breakfast - cup of tea with a slice of granary toast
Lunch - prawn flatbread, some pretzels, galaxy bar, some skittles and apple juice
Half an orange
And tea is chicken.chasseur with boiled potatoes nom!
 
Breakfast: A packet of quavers, some fruit juice and a oatmeal cookie :blush:
Dinner: A pasty, a mini pork pie and a coffee
Snack: A pear, an apple and four custard creams
Tea: Will be homemade pork and apple burgers on buns with oven chips and salad

Ive had crackers and a potnoodle - hmmm nutricious

Bad day on the food-front as lost the 1st two attempts at breakfast to the toilet. Then I didn't end up drinking enough because my stomach was all wonky. Hopefully tomorrow will be better!

We finally went grocery shopping this afternoon!! :happydance: I'm so excited to actually have some choices about what I eat, lol

Dinner - Peri Peri veggie burger with potato dinosaurs and beans
Snacks - half an apple and half a pear, wotsits crisps

Just now i've had potato and leak soup!

Throughout the morning: some nuts
An orange
A banana
Lunch: a DELICIOUS portobello mushroom paninni (with red pepper, artichokes and cheese)
Afternoon: an apple
Cheese string
1 cup of hot cocoa (I need my calcium)

Dinner: cheese and spinach ravioli (there may be some ice cream, I don't know yet)

More carbs than usual, but oh well :)

Today i have eaten:

Breakfast: 2 pieces of wheat toast with peanut butter

Lunch: chicken and mayo sandwich + grapes and yoghurt

Snack1: 1/2 a pear (DS stole the other half) and a cereal bar

Snack2: lots of cheese + a piece of bread with marmite and 2 crackers (i was starving and i lost 2.5lbs over night so thought i better gain some back lol)

Dinner: mince, chickpeas, lots of diced veg on cous cous

Snack: weight watchers vanilla custard
 
going for some eggs right now, after that a piece of chocolate :D
 
iv been very naughty today i aint had nothing yet .. just aint got appetite
 
Okay, actually doing a meal plan today...

Breakfast
Oatmeal with 1/2 banana -- 245cal, 8g protein

Morning Snack
High fiber granola bar -- 90cal, 2g protein

Lunch
Light chicken Caesar salad -- 300cal, 15g protein

Afternoon Snack
English muffin with garlic herb cheese -- 145cal, 6g protein

Dinner
Pasta with fresh tomato sauce and ground turkey -- 400cal, 30g protein

Dessert
Apple slices with peanut butter -- 175cal, 4g protein

So that's a total of 1355 calories and 65 grams of protein, which leaves me a little bit of wiggle room for the inevitable cravings.

3 cups cranberry/seltzer shpritz
3/4 liter water
 
So far just breakfast. I had 2 eggs over hard, a piece of bacon, ham, a sausage patty, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with strawberry jam, cheesy hash brown casserole, fried apples, an some sweet tea. Afterwards I had a couple of grapes.

For dinner I am making a venison neck roast that is currently soaking in buttermilk, I will braise the roast first then add carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, celery and some other flavorings. Mmm. Already hungry thinking about it.

ceviche with some tortilla chips. 350 c.

chocolate covered raisins: 125 c.
