What did you eat today? (second trimester edition)

Love this thread!

Breakfast: small bowl of lucky charms with full cream milk.
Snack: natural confectionary fruit jellies, two pikelets with butter & mulberry jam.
Lunch: leftover beef, bacon, mushroom & carrot stew from last night and a small bit of left over pasta.
Snack: more natural confectionary fruit jellies.
Dinner: chicken and sweet corn soup. A piece of butter and vegemite toast (yes you can say eewww! All you non Aussies!).
Snack: cherries, strawberries, blackberries and another 2 butter & mulberry jam pikelets.

I'm ashamed to look at that! I normally eat much more fruit and veg! At least I drank 1 litre of eater today lol!
 
Breakfast
Oatmeal with banana

Morning Snack
Peanut butter granola bar

Lunch
Bagel sandwich with cheddar cheese and roast beef

Dinner
Leftover pasta and ground turkey tomato sauce

Dessert
Bowl of cereal with strawberries and soy milk



All in all a pretty good food day, plus I managed to get a decent workout in so I'm happy.

Lunch: salad with apples, grapes, pecans, cheese, and chicken on it
Snack: trail mix
Dinner: roast beef with potatoes, carrots, and onions

bran and greek yogurt: 300 c.
cocoa: 60 c.

snack:
apple: 90 c.

lunch:
turkey asparagus wrap: 140 c.
cookie: 50 c.
dressing: 40 c.
lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber: 50 c.

snack:
bran: 150 c.

2 slices toast with butter
chocolate chip muffin
2 cinnamon pastries
10 chocolate covered tea-biscuits
1/2 an orange
bowl of couscous & tomato vegetable soup

Drank: 1.5 liters of water

greek yogurt and bran: 260 c.

Lunch:
Apple: 90 c.
Turkey asparagus wrap: 140 c.
tomato, lettuce, cucumber, carrots: 60 c.

Snack:
late lunch so may skip snack.
tea with milk. :coffee:

Dinner:
vegetable medley: 100 c.
cheese: 60 c.

Dessert:
chocolate covered raisins: 200 c.
tea with milk.

(note: I post my calories just for reference purposes...making sure i don't over or under eat.)

That's only 900 calories before counting your milk... that seems super low, like extreme dieting low. I'm just wondering if you make it up somewhere else? I'm not trying to go down on ya, I'm just really wondering.

OMG, I was thinking the same thing, I just didn't say anything.

OMG, I was thinking the same thing, I just didn't say anything.

i have clarified in other posts that this is just a framework. often i am posting prospectively...thus, other things are consumed after my post i don't record.

Breakfast: cereal with strawberries and glass of orange juice
Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat, pickle, hand full of organic chips
Snack: strawberry yogurt
Dinner: Pork loin, spinach, and rice
Dessert: cereal with strawberries
 
Breakfast: 2 slices toast with butter
Lunch: bowl of pasta
Dinner: tomato vegetable soup with cheese bread and small tossed salad

Snacks: 1 thin mint cookie, 2 chocolate muffins (homemade), 1/2 blondie with small scoop vanilla ice cream

Liquid Intake: 1/2 liters water, cup of lemonade
 
Oo not done this for ages! Had a v bad unhealthy day yesterday!

Breakfast -
1 sausage, 2 fried eggs, beans, hash brown, 1 slice of buttered toast and a large pepsi. (then I threw up bit hey nvm)

Snacks -
Bottle of Ribena

Lunch - none felt sick

Snack - Rolo yoghurt

Dinner - 3 slices tuna sweetcorn and pineapple dominator pizza, few wedges and a bite of garlic bread, fizzy vimto to drink

Supper -
3 slices of left over pizza,
Carton of strawberry soya milk
Cherry coke
 
breakfast was fruit & fibre cereal and a piece of toast.

Lunch I had four tuna, onion and salad cream sandwiches, two squares of dark chocolate

Snacks have been 1 banana

lunch
snack, pringles
dinner... bacon,sausage,egg

plain pita bread
sauteed chicken breast, baked potato, seasoned roasted cauliflower, tossed salad

2 blondies
soft pretzel
2 gummy worms
chocolate muffin

1.5 liters water
1 cup cranberry/seltzer
 
So far today have had

Rolo yoghurt
2 cups of tea
3 glasses cherry coke
3 slices of toast with lurpak and dairylea
5 Thorntons chocolates

DH is bringing me home mcdonalds :haha: either big mac meal or double cheeseburger fries and coke x
 
Its so interestin to see what everyone else is havin! I feel a bit unhealthy now :/ lol.

Breakfast:
- bowl of bran flakes and semi skimmed milk :)

Morning break/snack:
- an activia yoghurt and glass of pure orange

Lunch:
- banana sandwich

Dinner:
- pasta and cheese

+ drink like 3/4 bottles of water throughout the day and will prob have a packet of Thai Sweet Chicken mccoys later and a cuppa later on YUMYUMYUM! :D xxx

lunch: italian seeded green grapes
supper: chickpeas & brown rice wrapped in whole wheat pita bread
 
I've had shreddies for breakfast, tomato soup and two slices of wholemeal bread for lunch, two squares of dark chocolate. In a minute i'm gonna have a banana. Dinner is gonna be chinese takeaway after work.
