What to buy? And when?

I used terry's with nappy grippers with Charlotte, currently trying to decided whether to go for those again or get some shaped nappies, the terry's may take a bit more time but they are so much cheaper. They were so much better for her bum that it was worth the effort, her nappy rash completely disappeared once I stopped using disposables.

Thanks charlottesma, I was looking around on google and there seem to be so many types of shaped cloth nappies, the choice is very broad - although I WAS horrified at the costs - but then I suppose it is a one off price so cheaper and better than disposables. I am a bit traditional in one sense as I believe disposables should be used for the purpose they were designed - for occasional use. Your response is making me believe this is definitly the best way to go so thanks for that hun x
