Whats for Dinner tonight?

Cod fish cakes, green beans, mange tout, baby sweet corn, sautéed potatoes and parsley sauce. I'm the only one looking forward to it apparently :/

I have a huge pot of stew cooking on a slow simmer since 3 and it smells so yum!!
It's so cold out tonight so I had to have something warming! All I'm missing now is some nice crusty soda bread!!

Vegetable moussaka tonight, big Greek salad, olive bread...dairy free over here will be having roasted vegetables, bread and smoked salmon!

Pud will be some sort of plum tart, as I am still using up various forms of my frozen plum stash!
