I did stuffed chicken breasts with mozarella, basil and tomatoes with corn on the cob and sweet potato mash.

Pud will be an ice lolly as I have tonsillitus

Halibut with a tomato, olive and artichoke sauce...served on gnocchi. Pud is chocolate and pear tart, with creme Fraiche.

Posh fish fingers Tesco have made Tesco finest cod fingers I had to have them, well have them with hm chips, peas and alfs new love sweetcorn lol

We are having hm chicken, rosemary and pancetta burgers wih avocado, in ciabatta rolls...hm fries and salad. Puds is ice cream, but doing a chocolate peanut butter sauce...
