Whats for Dinner tonight?

Last night was sausage, mash and onion gravy.

Tonight was sweet and sour chicken and rice.

It was a sort of Spanish omelette/frittatta thing for us (garlic, onions, sliced potatoes and lots of black pepper, cooked in with eggs and topped with cheese, cooked in frying pan then popped under the grill to finish!) YUMMY!

I have to use up vine tomatoes and corn on the cob today. I think I'll grill chicken breasts to go with it.

We had roasted belly pork with potato hash at lunch time as I was working tonight, just got in and I'm bloody starving so its 2 codcakes with a salad cream butty

Had mexican chilli and rice yesterday (vege mince version but no-one noticed ), not sure what tonight but it will involve chicken breasts as they are defrosting already. Any bright ideas?
