Halibut with a tomato, caper and olive sauce on a roasted vegetable risotto. Not sure how it will work yet, but I fancied trying!

Welll..... I take the kids to swimming club on a Fri evening and DH gets in before we do, so I tend to leave something for him to heat up. Today he asked me if there's anything he can cook so I took him literally and said yeah do a curry. There's stuff in the fridge. So it'll be interesting to see what we end up with

We had feta, caramelised onion and spinach frittata with crusty bread and big salad...was in a rush!

Pudding was roasted fruit with vanilla mascarpone or ice cream
