We went to my FIL's for dinner. We had a chicken roast dinner xx

Pork - will have been slow roasting for nine hours by the time we eat it! With...roast potatoes, roast parsnips, mashed swede and sweet potato, carrots, broccoli, leeks and cabbage, gravy and Yorkshire Puds.

Pudding is pear tarte tatin with custard.

We were supposed to be having a roast chicken with all the trimmings but I found pancetta in the fridge that needed using so we are having roast chicken and potato hash with onion and pancetta
