I'm trying to remember what the ache was like, it was just an ache inside the breast. It progressed to shooting pains when my supply was dwindling. My nipples also became more sensitive and nursing could be a bit sore. Is your AF late?

Boobs are super sensitive, achey Thought maybe my milk was going dodgey or something!
