whats your talent?

Nothing really, I'm jack of all trades but master of none.

I can play piano but I didn't play for 12 years so now I've only been playing again for less than 2 months and I'm very rusty. In that time I've taught myself the whole of Fur Elise so I can play that now off by heart, but it's not really that impressive considering even the difficult parts are only grade 5 and I used to play grade 8 pieces, so meh.

I've written a book too which is up for sale as an ebook, but I've only sold about 15 copies, and although it's ok and all, I am failing miserably to write a sequel, so obviously I must not be a very good writer.

I can get by in French and Spanish but I'm nowhere near 'native speaker' type of level, so again it's just another thing I'm mediocre at.

I bake a nice chocolate cake but I can't decorate to save my life.

I can knit and purl but only in straight lines, so I can only make scarves.

I suppose I can cook a nice risotto...

See what I mean? I can DO lots of things, but I have no actual talent. Everything I do is just OK but never GOOD.

Alicecooper- i'm the same. I'm ok at most things but i'm never outstanding and usually hubby will outshine me without even trying which is very frustrating. I'm currently attempting to teach myself to bake properly which is going well (2 successes so far!) and learning to ice skate is a slow process. I can cook, but nothing too extravagant abduction i can sew but i'm hopeless at following patterns.

I'm good at cakes and spending! I'm good at make up too and I could do hair without wrecking it but that's mainly from my own experiences haha xx

I'm good at doing hair even though that's self taught lol. I'm a qualified nail tech but I hate doing it so I wouldn't say it's a talent lol Some great talents on here! X

I can write? Stories, poetry, blog entries about current events. I'm unsure but, my teachers, friends, family all think i'm good.

I have no talent. I've always wished I did. My oh says my talent is being a great mom, but tons of women have that talent.

Same here lol.

I can play a bit of piano, bit of violin/viola, guitar. I can knit and crochet, and cross stitch pretty well. But those things are for when there's time to give them lol. I can cook pretty decent food and like you I can bake a lovely tasting cake but can't decorate for toffee so mine look like shit

I suppose I can write essays alright, I'd be screwed for Uni if I couldn't

I can do basic DIY round the house and car maintenance. Like fixing leaking taps, installing a new light fitting, stuff like that.
