when to go up to the next teat size?

Hi, my little man is 10 weeks old. When should I go up to the next teat? thanks

I did at about 13 weeks, my baby was pulling on the teat and getting frustrated as it wasn't coming out fast enough for her

I found when they start to collapse that it's a good indication to switch.

It depends on the baby. I tried going up to the next size a few times but she seemed to be overwhlemed and would choke/gag so I'd switch back. She's nearly 9 months old and is barely used to the size 2 / medium flow nip.

I didn't switch to size 2 until my LO was around 6 months old as she just couldn't adjust to it. We switched to size 3 when she was around 9 months. She took in too much air when we tried earlier.

My 9 month old is still medium flow. He is content with it so i feel there is no need to change it.
