Afm: still no positive opk and I was going to stop testing but they were there in the cupboard lol had heaps of ovulation type cramping the last 2 days and some pink tinge to my cm yesterday so I actually think I ovulated on friday (its sunday here) as I have had a temp rise the last 2 days. I think if I have another temp rise tomorrow ff will put it down as ovulation friday. Despite us all being sick dh and I dtd last night just in case. Eekkk exciting to think I may be in the 2ww wait already!!

So I couldn't help myself and just put in a temp for tomorrow the same as this mornings and it put friday as o day!!!! I hope my temp rises tomorrow then I will officially be 3dpo.
How strange that some of us just never got positive opks.

I'm now 7 days late with my last BFN on 10/28 at 4 days late. Since the nurse thinks I may have just not O'd last month and I don't want to miss my window for this month, I'm looking at this as CD7 and will probably start testing for O in the next couple days. I will also do one more pg test this Friday 11/4 (11 days late) just in case I O'd late last cycle and have a late BFP, though I'm not getting my hopes up at this point and trying to look forward to this month's cycle.

My next AF is due 11/21 so I guess I will be testing twice this month, 11/4 and 11/22 as long as AF doesn't arrive first.

Anon - I'm wondering if I will be like you and just get my AF really late this month Regardless, I will trudge on until I get that BFP!

Hi Yoomee, just popping in here to ask a question. Is it normal to just no ov sometimes? I am 12 days late with 4 BFN and no signs of AF or pregnancy. I'm about to turn 30 so not sure if it's just getting into my thirties that is causing irregularities or what but didn't think that was normal to just not O. Has that happened to you before? Seems like your nurse seems to think it's no big deal? I'm freaking out over here not knowing what's going on with my cycle! It's driving me insane!

The nurse said it can happen, though I don't know how normal it is. It sounded like as long as it doesn't happen again that it can be a freak thing? I'm now 13 days late and thinking of this as CD13, if I look at when AF should have started. I'm also taking ovulation tests to see if I O this month. Next AF due on the 21st so I guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens! Good luck to you!

Wow, Yomee I wish I could be as calm about it as you are. You are right, I know it's probably just a weird thing but my mind won't let it go. I keep symptom spotting and wanting to test again! Sounds like we are on the same cycle though. I was due for AF 10/23 and now due for AF 11/21 according to my cycle tracking app. I've never missed a period except the one time I was pregnant with my son. I guess I should just accept that I missed Ov for some reason and count this as cycle day 14. I don't feel like I'm Oving right now though and if I calculated from when my period should have arrived, I'd be Oving again right about now. I hate not knowing where I am in my cycle! I won't really be able to tell until I get AF I guess. I'm not tracking ov or using opk or anything as I'm not actively ttc.

I had never gotten a positive opk before this cycle! Glad to know that is not uncommon.

From what I have read online it is pretty common. This is the first time I have ever used opks when trying for my firat I used the clearblue fertility monitor and then after that I have done my bbt for 4 yrs now to track my cycles I feel its the most accurate and I have conceived another 2 babies just doing that and cm/cp tracking

It's definitely possible!!! Did you temp at the same time? Sometimes that can cause the variable too but I know when I was stalking charts people would dip a bit early at 5dpo!!

I'm feeling nauseous but probably just a stomach bug going around. I really want to test again. Should I bother wasting my money on another test? 14 days late for my af and 7 days since we last dtd. Should I test again?

Thanks hun! I just feel out based on everything else. My CM is practically gone so I feel like AF is on her way. I know it's early but I'll probably wait until AF doesn't show to test again.

Yay!!! I'm trying to stay mentally strong! I feel no different and am going to trrrryyyyy to not read into everything too much. But I know from last month how hard that is!!
