I feel awful for not keeping up if you explained why...but are you seeing a specialist for a certain reason?
They are amazing pictures. Makes me want to get a 3D/4D u/s. :)

Aww thank you! I can't remember if i did on this thread or not, but if i did it would have been way back when i started it in Aug.

So anyway i had bleeding on and off started at 12 weeks for 3.5 weeks my ob kept saying i was fine it was normal and so on. Well i have another bleed at 15 weeks and they thought i had placenta pervia, so that week i went to the specialist to find out i did not have pp i had a 1 inch tear in my placenta which was causing bleeding, what my ob thought was my placenta was a huge blood clot sitting on my cervix!! I mean HUGE! At that time i was still bleeding and was put on bed rest for 2 weeks and went back, the clot had not gotten any bigger the the bleeding had stopped. So i was told ever few days i could increase my activity unless i started to bleed again. So 4 weeks later (today) i went back and the clot is half the size it was 4 weeks ago :yipee: which is absolute amazing news to me! I mean i still have slim risks but nothing like before!! I'm just completely over the moon!!! :happydance:
I go back in another 4 weeks which will hopefully be my last appointment there that is IF the clot is completely gone[-o< I have had a total of 9 ultrasounds after today, i have TONS of scan pictures and i absolutely LOVE seeing my little boy on the screen!! So it's been a long road but at the same time it feels like time is flying by! I can NOT wait until my v-day - i had high risks of my water breaking, going in to preterm labor which is very slim for me now but i still can't wait until i reach that point where IF something did happen he has a much better chance!! :winkwink:
:cloud9:

In the pic shows the clot under the baby...

Glad to hear your good news! Pics are gorgeous!!

Baby better cooperate because he/she certainly didn't when my dr. took a sneek peak at 16 wks and wouldn't uncross it's legs!!! I'm not leaving that office until they can tell me one way or another I'll sit there all night!!!

 That's how I feel. I've got a whole whole hour scheduled for my scan, but I took the rest of the day off, so if that's what it takes. I can wait.

That is amazing news!!! I remebered!! I read your thread in 1st tri about the bleeding. That is great! Hopefully the clot won't cause any problems during delivery-are you doing a scheduled c-sect or vaginal? Other than the clot, baby is okay right? Is it hurting him any?
I just never heard of a clot being ontop of the cervix. How rare.
[-O< I'll pray with you that it doesn't get bigger. :)

I'm hoping it doesn't and it really shouldn't. I plan to have a vaginal birth, unless for some reason I can't. The clot isn't hurting him or bothering him in any way and everything else is perfect. He's growing right on target where he should be. So he's just perfect. The only way it would get bigger is if the tear tore more and start back bleeding which I hope doesn't happen. I have no idea why it tore in the first place so that is in the back of my mind but I just have to think about the positive and just enjoy feeling my baby move all the time :)

cbass that is excellent news and your little boy is gorgeous!!!
