I keep my wipes dry and have a bottle I put oils in (lavender and tea tree or calendula) and wet them as required. The bottle is an old cleaning product bottle with a pump I washed and washed again until it had no smell anymore.
To go out I keep wipes dry too. I have a little travel bottle (sold in Boots) in which I put water and oil and spray some on when needed.
