I don't think so. Most women don't show until the end of the second tri in their first pregnancy. I wasn't thin to begin with as I weighed 152 lbs but I'm also only 5 ft 2 in making me almost 30 lbs overweight. So of course I have a bigger belly. Also, the weight gain is because I was dieting prior to getting pregnant and I was on a very low calorie diet. Once I found out I was pregnant I had to go back to eating at least 2000 calories which has made me gain quicker I think. If you are tall and thin you are less likely to have a large bump sooner. Yours will come. You should feel lucky that you aren't big like me! But believe me, even with this belly I still constantly worry something is wrong. I hope you feel better.

There is nothing wrong. My first trimester I lost 13lbs due to sickness and have gained 4lbs back so far. Slow and steady lol.

I agree, I never suffered with morning sickness but I managed to lose 7lb in beginning of my pregnancy... I've now gained 2lb back since I hit 14 weeks... Not much concidering I have a humongous bump .. TBH, I'm hoping it stays like this as I gained 4 stone altogether with my girls and never got rid of it lol

My 15 week 1 day bump. Excuse the pic overload but no matter which way I look I seem to have shrunk ! I think they must've moved more towards my back.
