Do any of your doctors let you know the gender at your 12 week scan? I found out my DD was a girl at 12 weeks, and I'll find out for this one in less than two weeks at my 12 week scan! Wonder why we find out so early over here?

With DD, I opted out of the 12 week scan because we decided not to do genetic testing. This time, we decided to do the genetic testing, but everything is different, & I don't get a scan for it - it's just bloodwork. But... that being said, I will find out the sex from the bloodwork! So I'll find out early )

I've heard of people finding out at the 12 week scan if something is seen... but usually ultrasound techs aren't 100% sure at that point (again, from what I've heard, not speaking from experience...)

i'm shocked, i thought it was a girl since this pregnancy is SO different than my son's! i'm really thrilled that my son will have a brother, and it looks like i'll always be the only girl in the house!

Exciting SBB! I haven't heard back yet on my LO but I'll keep you all posted! Tuesday will be 2 weeks, so I should know by then (according to the midwife!)

Hi ladies, sorry I have been MIA- we just got back from our holiday. So relaxing and beautiful! Back to reality now and unpacking/ washing etc.

Yay for boy Jtink! We got confirmation we are having boy too! I think same sex siblings are great! They will have such a close bond! We are only having 2 also!

Bella- any news on your results?

Congrats!!! So exciting!!!

AFM, no news yet. Honestly, starting to get a little nervous - 2 weeks is tomorrow, but I had thought I'd get my results back before the 2 week mark.... Oh well. I'll be calling tomorrow (as they instructed me to) if I haven't heard back yet.

I think the Panorama can take a bit longer. Don't stress about how much time it takes - it's not like "bad" results take longer to process. I'm guessing you have another girl in there, Bella. What do you think it is??

I had progenity done. I just had a thought that maybe they wait til the last minute to dole out the bad news or something...

I've thought boy all along... My DD is adamant that it's Jacob in there. Won't even entertain the possibility of a girl. And this pregnancy has been so different from my last. So much MS, and I had none with DD (save 2 days of maybe an hour of nausea each. Nothing compared to this all Day every day stuff). Oh, & I broke out horribly with her, and my skin has never looked better this time around.

We will see!!!

I totally thought I had a girl - completely opposite pregnancies! Ms with this one, none with Jackson, etc. nope, two boys!!

Just got my Progenity results back yesterday - test results all came back normal, and.... It's a boy! We're over the moon!
