5 dpo-- let's help each other!

Still trying to figure out how to BD when I co-sleep with my daughter. Last month we only DTD twice as I have to sneak out of bed to meet my DH in the other room. I'm apparently not very good at being sneaky. It's hard to TTC when you have zero alone time. Here's hoping I can get lucky a few more times this month.

I don't know where to get preseed? Does it help CM?

I'm taking red clover this cycle, it's supposed to be great for fertility and general women's health every part of your body needs it.
 
Love - How old is your LO? Can you not have sneaky daytime dtd? What times does she nap?
 
You can order preseed online, or I get mine from Target, it's $20 I think.

I've read about maca and red clover. Where did you get it?! Haha!
 
I got my red clover off eBay, £9.34. Don't really know the dosage what people take so I'm just taking 2 on a night before bed. I take loads of vitamins and it doesn't seem to be making a difference so doubt this will either tbh, but I'll try anything now.
 
If we don't concieve this month, I may try that! I feel like I'm too close to my ovulation time to bring in more vitamins! I take a lot too and I've kind of slowed down in them cuz they haven't helps anything really! It's frustrating!
 
I feel like that sometimes, but then I worry that if I don't it won't happen lol!

When do you normally start getting EWCM? Mine is quite sticky today :sick:
 
Mine is usually just a few days before I O, so soon it should start! I'm ready! I'm starting to see more CM so that's good!

She's 15 months and she takes naps with me too. I really need to get her into a crib but I can't stand to hear her cry.
But, it would be nice to have some quality time with the hubby.
Here's hoping we get a few sessions in ;)
 
Hey ladies, sorry I've been awol!! My af lasted 7 days, wasn't impressed...although 6 days is normal for me, so it was only 1 extra day.

Not been up to much but have started a very low calorie diet, I was on one when I conceived my son and I lost 4 stone (56 lbs) after I had my son so I know it works. I need to lose 16 lbs to get to where I was when I found out I was pregnant and where I got to after I lost the 4 stone, that number has already gone down to 9 and a half lbs so its working (official weigh in isn't til Monday), its hard going though, it really is.

Maybe losing weight will finally be the key to me conceiving and if not then at least I tried.

I'm restarting my low carb diet, I was doing good until Halloween but I caved when confronted with all of that chocolate!!
I still have some baby weight to lose before I add another baby into the mix.
I'm on day 4 of AF and it usually lasts 7 days as well but at the moment it seems over. That would be a nice change.
And soon enough the naughty times can commence!!
 
I do slimming world, but find ot difficult these winter months, I just want hot chocolate all the time lol.

It is hard but worth it when you see the numbers go down on the scales :)
 
I keep thinking of the upcoming holidays and the weight gain that comes with them. I need to lose a little so I can eat Christmas cookies with a clear conscience!
 
Ok so I'm due on today. And as soon as I woke up.... There it was. :( had another test still bfn. So seems like I'm out. strangest thing is my uterus is really heavy and hard like I felt with my first. I'm gonna class this cycle as a tester as we weren't really trying anyway. Isn't it funny when you thought you didn't really mind, when you get bfn: you realise how much you do!? So I'll be starting a new cycle now. Thanks to everyone for your words of support and encouragement. Your not getting rid of me that easy! Haha. New testing date. 6th december... Add me if you too will be a December tester. baby dust to those of you trying and congrats to those of you who test positive! Xx
 
I'm with you. We didn't really 'try' last month either. Just noticed that the only times we DTD were around O time and so I started to get excited. And then BFN. Now that I'm sure we want another I'm going to put a little more effort into TTC. Those negative tests were traumatizing!

Hey ladies. Well I managed 4 days on this meal replacement diet lol realised i missed slimming world, not just the food but the group aswell! So spoke to my consultant, she's overriding the 3 weeks I missed so I just have to pay for group next week and no back payments. So in the end there wasn't much determination, more like stupidy thinking I could do a diet like that. Feel so much better now I've made this decision.

Need to start taking my temperature as of tomorrow, hopefully will ovulate by cd 17 again.

Yeh you have to allow yourself some treats over Christmas, I plan to take just a few days off the diet from Christmas Eve til the sat/sun after.

I hate negative tests, not going to buy the cheapie tests this cycle...drove myself crazy testing last cycle. Hoping I'll be relaxed this cycle, lots to distract me got my sons 4th bday and my hubbies and nieces bdays, plus in laws 60th surprise party and then get ready for Christmas...love Christmas! Even started watching Christmas movies lol xx
 
Sounds like a busy cycle!

I love Christmas too! Just don't like the weather that comes with it, I would be happy if we could stay warm and cosy looking at it from the inside, hate going out in it, we had a major temp drop this week, it's bitter!
 
So I had blood tests to confirm I ovulate that was a few months ago, my hubby has to wait til December to have his sperm analysis and then only after that will they refer us. I rang up the doctor kicking up a fuss, I'm 35 so time is not on my side they said they'd put a note on for the doctor and took my number. No one called me back so I thought nothing was going to happen, then a letter came this morning...I have an appointment on Feb 3rd to see a fertility specialist. So chuffed!! There I was thinking I wouldn't even get referred til Jan so wouldn't get a letter til Feb and so wouldn't see someone til at least April so it's great that my GP actually listened and referred me. Now need to focus on my weightloss as I don't want them blaming my weight for my problems.
