So I was at the physio today (turns out I do in fact have SPD ) . Anyway, she was talking about pelvic floor exercises. I explained to her that I havent really been doing them because I was previously doing them wrongly (i.e when I did them my sphincter muscles tightened as well and Id heard on BNB that that means you arent doing them right as you should only feel them at the front.) Anyhoo, she says its perfectly fine to do them like that so I just thought Id share incase anyone else thought that you werent meant to feel it in your bum too. They are soooo much easier to do that way. Ive been practising since i got home! .....and squeeze!!
