sorry ladies i have not been on but my hubby had surgery and i have spent the last couple days with him . hope everyone is doing well. comfy jammies for sure sunshine! congrats on becoming a squash. Either I'm in denial or I'm just not getting Braxton Hicks. My stomach is hard and tight most of the time - probably because of Pip's preference for lying transverse. Though this week I think I'm carrying a hedgehog! Can't make out what's the head and what's the bottom! Normally I can feel the baby's spine and occasionally the legs, but not right now. it's just feels like a ball of baby! Next appointment is just after Easter so I'm going have to write a note for myself to ask exactly how baby is lying and presenting. I'm well confused!

Iamblessed - sorry to hear about your husband. Hope he's recovering well and you have a chance to rest up soon.

Ladies - thanks for the pic and explanation. I now feel a little queasy over my breakfast!

Iamblessed- hope your husband is on the mend soon. Sorry to hear about your contractions...hopefully they are braxton hicks and dont amount to anything major for the time being. I still havent had any BH myself, so really dont know what to expect. I am off work til Monday now, so going to go shopping with my friend today and then going for a lil trip with DH til sunday, yay. Xx

Ive been getting BH since 19 weeks but mine arent sore (thankfully). Just really annoying.

Im going to spend some of the day finishing of the patchwork quilt top that Im currently making (its not for the baby, just for me) then Im going to start working on this one for baby once i figure out what fabric I want to use. Its a playmat quilt which I think its mega cute!! x

I have been getting strong braxton hicks for a while now,not painful just uncomfortable.

Seen my consultant on monday and had a scan which was so cute! Baby was trying to grab their foot argggghhhhhh GD under control and hopefully iwill be getting induced in about 8-9 weeks-----Yikes thats not far away at all xxx

Iamblessed glad you are back on, and hope DH is on the mend and keeping well.
I've had BH sporodically since around 18-20weeks, not usually painful but some last longer than others it's such a strange feeling.

Sunshine, good idea on keeping it in the same thread, I usually miss the first few pages of a new thread.

OBEM was great last night, our LO weighed the same as the little 30weeker at our 28 week growth scan, I just find it impossible that he can be that size atm! That couple were amazing, wouldn't have thought for a second they were just 16years old.

OK, I think I may have went overboard on baby boy clothes yesterday, going to post a pic of before and after just to see the difference. My BnB is up and running smoothly again so prepare for countless random piccies of bump, nursery, scan and randomness hehe.

ladies my hubby is doing very poorly right now so any prayers or thoughts would be well appreciated! I am so exhausted right now as I am nurse to him right now and don't have alot of help!Hoping I can get him some other meds that may help him a bit more.Thank you all for the kind words and thanks for all the updates and nice baby clothes mcs and look at how organized you are. Wish I could be that way. lol I used to be. Sunshine -please come up with a name where I can change the thread name as i don't mind and we will do it. Beut- Wow I am getting so annoyed with the contractions but you know its all part of pregnancy..lol. NotNic I know all about transverse baby as this is the first time any of my kids have laid that way but she definently is. Very uncomfy. Hi everyone. McSmyth led me to your thread. I hope that you don't mind. I just signed up on this site and have had a wonderful experience in the past two hours. I am a Mommy of an almost 9 year old boy, and I am currently 29 with boy #2! I cannot wait to meet him, neither can his big brother or Daddy! I made my first post about some anxieties and issues I was having and McSmyth was beyond wonderful! It is nice to see such a supportive group of women all in one place! How wonderful! I was on a different forum, but everyone was so bitchy to everyone else... reminded me of highschool... or a witch hunt. Lol. I hope that I am not invading your personal BnB space too much! I am going to my mums this weekend with my sisters for a Girly get together. I'm excited but nervous. Don't know if some of you remember but it will be first time I have seen my twin sister since she told me I can't be her bridesmaid because I will be more than 6 months pregnant. She thought I would have waited to conceive at least couple of months before the wedding. She also thinks I got pregnant on purpose to steal her limelight! Might I add she was 5 1/2 months pregnant and a bridesmaid for my wedding which wasn't planned, there is nothing wrong with that btw. I only say that coz it was never a secret that my husband and I would try for a baby straight after our wedding and that we would like our children close in age. As I fell pregnant the first month of trying after our wedding, I was pregnant when my twin was pregnant with my nephew, so according to her I had done that on purpose to steal her limelight! It's like I plan my life around hers or something! Lol!
Sorry that was long! I obviously needed to vent without knowing it!
