A home for EVERYONE!

Krissy! Love the tshirt idea! And the name! What about if it’s a boy?? Since I still don't have a name, ha. Ok so you're Friday like me. I will be 31 on Friday... and I find I start thinking I'm already that week EARLY in the week grr. So I wish I was a 'Monday' instead! Yay for your ticker!!!!!!!

Misty - Oh dear on having to use a cooler! I would have to lug it around or risk someone opening it in the bathroom! Oh boy you could be having this baby so soon!!!

Grace, keep me posted, bump buddy! 33 weeks today Whoop! Whoop!

Libby, that's what I'm afraid of. We'll see what he has to say. I just hope she stays in until after Dan's finals. But, just in case, I'm going to bug him to get all his papers done before the end of April. Better to be prepared and not have to worry about it than be in labor the day everything is due and him not be able to make it to the hospital. How is your pain this morning?

Krissy, I love the idea. We were planning on telling people we were pregnant at Samuel's birthday, we were going to all gather round for pictures and whoever was taking the picture was going to take a few saying, "everyone say cheese!" then for one say, "everyone say, Janelle's pregnant!" That way we could capture everyone's expression, but that never happened.

Happy 33 weeks to Janelle and Grace! Yea!!

Oh and Sprout has calmed down. I was able to have a great night last night... course, I started it out by immediately getting in the 'bic baf' (big bath jacuzzi in our master) with Siena to ensure a good 45 minutes of chill time at least! Then we played, I gave her a quick and easy dinner, and I was able to rest in the living room after that until her bedtime. I wore shoes with a wee bit of a heel today... wondering if thats why I have butt pain? Lol. Each cheek muscle hurts on the side?? Guess I've just been in flats nonstop so thats why.

Misty - That 24 hour urine sample has to suck, but it's good that they are being extra precautious.

Krissy - Love the ticker!!!

Libby - Yes, I think it's UTI pain but the antibiotics should have had some effect by now and things aren't getting better.

Maria - Hi!

Anyone heard from pdx?

Well I have a bad cold including a cough, congestion, and head cold. Not to add that a lot of pelvic pressure today. Had one BH about 30 minutes ago that was pretty noticable. Trying to keep my fluids up. Oh and I have diarrhea, yay! Hoping that the in-laws can take Jerusha for the night so I can go back to sleep but not looking good so far.

Ordered 4 nice blankets for new baby yesterday and am getting excited.

Monday night I had a dream that I was at a mall looking for job applications and I started gushing blood. Then last night I had a dream that I got tazed by the police and it sent me into active labor and had the baby at 33 weeks. These dreams make me wonder if this baby is telling me that they want to come early.

Hope u feel better soon, Nicole!! Doesn't sound fun at all.

Did anybody catch what time Grace's appt was at?

So I don't have a UTI. Apparently baby is very low in my pelvis and the pain I'm feeling is from his head grinding against my pelvis. Bone on bone. Now I know why it hurts so much. I can't even walk straight. She checked me and I'm not dilated so that's good. She also said there's no way to tell if he will come early because she's had some patients had baby drop this early and they went a week overdue. I don't know if I can go 7 more weeks like this. Sheesh! Good news is he's head down and she said as low as he is, he's not moving. I see her again in 2 weeks and then it will be every week to week and a half after that.

Oh Grace, I dealt with that when I was pregnant with Samuel. The pain would literally stop me in my tracks. I feel for you. I've been there and done that. Have you tried taking Tylenol for the pain? It might help. Just try to take it easy and not move a whole lot. Easier said than done, I know, but maybe he will come earlier and you wont have to deal with it long. That was the case with me. :hugs: :hugs: :hugs:

Ouch grace!!! I hope u don't have to go 7 weeks either! I can't believe he dropped so low already! I bet he'll be an early bird.

Grace, he came at 37 weeks, but they induced me because I was leaking fluid. Keep an eye out for that. With him being so low, I wouldn't doubt the friction could cause your water to break or at least leak. That was my theory anyway. Just try to really take it easy and relax as much as possible.

Oh no, now I'm scared. How will I know if it's fluid and not just pee. Especially with him being on my bladder. I'm gonna be so paranoid now. :( Off to the dreaded google.

They always say to wear a pad after 34 weeks so if you suspect its fluid and not pee you can take the pad into the hospital because they have a test they can perform on the fluid to tell what it is. That is all I've heard.

Water breaking naturally is the one thing I havent had yet. Hoping to get to experince it this time.

Grace, try not to worry about it too much. The way that I knew it was fluid and not pee was every time I got up from sitting it would dribble out. Pee usually leaks when you cough or sneeze because your muscles spasm. With amniotic fluid it's more like a constant dribble that is annoying and happens A LOT more than urine. I went a few days leaking fluid because I thought it was just pee until, I was sitting on my doctors table and it leaked out, that was when I thought I better ask him about it. He did the special paper strip test and it turned blue right away. I'm pretty sure you will know because it's an annoying constant drip when ever you bend or squat or get up really fast. But none of this happened until I lost my mucus plug. I lost my plug on july 1st in the evening. Started leaking fluid on july 3rd and was induced july 6th. Samuel was born july 7th. Try not to worry about it, if you have any questions you just let me know. :)

AFM, the doctor broke my water when I was in the hospital and it was the grossest, weirdest feeling in the world. I don't care if my water breaks, I just don't want it breaking on my couch.... Anywhere else is fine.

GOOOOOOODDDDDD MOOOOOOOOOORNING!!!!

Nicole – Ugh on being sick! That sucks so much!! So hard to watch a toddler when you feel like that. Hopefully, your in-laws can help you out. Ooooo getting excited for the new baby… yayy!! Yes you are almost 8 months prego!

Grace - Oh wow baby dropped!! Ugh!! So now you get to attempt to get around with a baby between your legs, oh my. Well, we can hope he can come early!

I wish I'd been wearing a pad when I leaked once with Siena! It was enough that we thought I'd peed but I hadn't, so rushed to the ER all freaked out. Only for them to say I was fine and had plenty of fluid still etc. So would have been nice to know if it WAS fluid or not!

Odd I don't remember even noticing when the dr broke my water! Like I don't remember a gush or anything.

Mornin Krissy!! Yeah you're at that annoying stage where you try not to go to events with drinking because its easier! Boy, I'd need LOTS of alcohol in order to sing... I've yet to do kararoke and not sure I ever will, ha!
