I'm having awful cramps, they've been going on all day. I nearly passed out at the hospital, I thought it was bowel related as I had a stomach bug last week, but now I don't know. They feel AF like.

It feels like AF is coming (which she might be, I bled last time she was due), I went to the toilet expecting to see blood as I had felt a gush, and nope, nothing.

Blood results came back negative - I feel very relieved, now I can just wait for AF then gonon to next cycle.
