Hi ladies! i'm 'techinically' overweight myself. Expecting out 3rd child. Rough this go round, but all seems to be fine so far! I started feeling my little one around 14 wks? I think..as a matter of fact, I went to the doc this morning and he couldnt get the heartbeat due to too much activity! LOL He ended up doing an US so he could make sure all was well I'm due 1/16/11-would love to find someone/others who are due closeby!

Hi everyone.. I'm classed as obese But I#'m having no 5 due dec 2010. Never had any problems with being a larger lady! Cant have bubba at my chosen hospital incase of problems because im big.. yet i have had 4 without problems!! xx

Hey ladies!!

I am def a big mama...so I figured I should join this blog!

I am 26 years old, 5'7" (a little more) and weight over 400lbs (ugh...not fun to admit it). Despite my weight I am in decent shape... fairly active, eat decently... I have no high bp, diabetes, etc.

I found out a few months ago that I was pregnant....which was a HUGE surprise! First of all...I always figured if I ever wanted to get pregnant it wouldnt be easy and I was using birth control pills!

I am now 23 weeks pregnant and its been a very easy pregnancy so far **knock on wood**.

My little boy appears to be healthy. I had an ultrasound a few days ago...he weighs roughly 1.7 lbs (seemed way 2 big compared to what ive read he should be....but my doctor said its within the range he should be...so yay! lol) We even got to see him drinking amniotic fluid...its was sooo cute! lol And he is def ALL boy...he was very willing to show us that at this ultrasound. lol

Anyways, im glad I found this blog! Hows everyone been feeling?

big momma here! I had my 1st at about this weight and now i am 25 weeks pregnant with another. I dont think I have any different symptoms except that so far i have lost 16 pounds. With DD i gained weight but only 16 or so pounds so this is a bit different.

Hi there - I am due on the 15th Jan. I'm at the hospital on Tuesday morning - hope that I can finally hear haricots heartbeat!!! I think I have started to feel little flutterings but I'm not sure lol.

I had my GTT the other day. hoping i get a good result. however Midwife is measuring me big so i am preparing for the worse

i was so hungry/queasy after the test that i forgot to ask how long it takes to get the results!

also managed to get a cancelleation appoint for the phyiso yesterday. I keep getting a clicking/knocking sound in my pelvis area.

physio said my pelvis was slightly wonky. so she put me back together and gave me some excersises to do to help it. also told me no more breast stroke legs in the pool!! greatt!!! everytime i do front crawl i drown cos i cant get the breathing right!!

will have to dig out that yummy mummy workout vid that i havent done yet , only watched.....

Hey i was measuring big too and my GTT results came back fine i know its worrying but just try to think positive

Still measuring big now lol and from my growth scan baby is bang in the middle of the growth chart where she should be. Might just be the way the midwifes are measuring us cos ive heard they all get different readings.

Im a size 20 too, down from a 22 when i got my BFP.

Im sure it will fly by for you with a 5 year old.

yeah it will once past 12 weeks especially as we are moving hubby is off to afgan and i will need to see every specialist under sun !! (orthopedic- nurology - spinal specialists ) will be cool tho x

I think i just made an effort to eat better, I can feed my self shite but dident want to feed my baby shite (she says with a packet of caramel digestives next to her) Iv only ate two though lol.

Hi ya all I'm 5ft4 and before I got pregnant was in a size 22-24 my midwife said I would have to see a consultant because of my bmi but I was going to anyway cause of all my mc's.... Got my 12 week scan on Friday and I'm sooooo scared in the last 3 weeks I seen to have ballooned I can't fit into anything I know it's just bloat but I'm scared of what they'll say I already feel huge I don't need them saying anything... Did want to ask one thing when could you feel your uterus??? Has being bigger affected feeling it??
