Anyone got Jane matrix car seat

We got the car seat which is lie flat and carry cot in one.
It's really good but when it's in the upright position LO tends to slump her neck forward onto her chest. We thought it might be the angle of the car seat on the car but wasn't sure. E tried to level out the seat a bit but she still slumped so not sure of it was just her
Anyone else found this?

Yeah, same problem here. I blamed my car seats. We ended up buying a new car seat as she had nearly grown out of it anyway as she was so long and it was too narrow at the shoulders. It just didn't feel safe to me upright in my car so it went the journey. Still it's a great car seat lying flat.
