Hey girls! So today's test was much lighter. Definitely think it was just the trigger. It's still really early. Won't 14dpt till Sunday. So hoping it goes back to getting darker.

AFM - been discharged from the fs as we can't have any IVF funding and that's now my only option. Or injections for over induction but they were really pushing me for IVF. So the TTC is on hold and were ntnp as I only ovulated the once after my surgery. They gave me 3 months of clomid to try but they weren't hopeful.

We've started looking into adoption as here IVF is 5k and it will take about 2 years to save that for one shot.

Hi girls I have been a bit quiet lately - this 2ww is really killing me! First cycle of injectables and I am 10dpt tomorrow. I just wanted to say I'm hoping the line get darker for you link and also how is daisy doing? Flib I'm sorry to hear that. I hope while you are taking a break and ntnp you get a miracle bfp - I'll be praying for you. I have been testing out my trigger shot but only from 7dpt - it was pretty faint today but I feel like I still have a chance? Not sure why but I just have a feeling it's not over. We will see. I think I would be really upset if it stayed negative even though I'm trying to prepare myself for either outcome. flib is there a reason they are pushing more towards IVF than injectables? My fs was also pushing for ivf but When i moved and saw another FS we spoke about both and I just wanted to try doing the gonal-f a couple of times before we jumped into that because ivf is really expensive here too - about $6k-$12k and more if you have icsi as well. Thinking of you girls

AFM, thanks so much for your congrats and asking how it's going, I really really do appreciate it. I'm 6weeks today. I took another test at 4.5 weeks a CB with date and it came up right showing 4-5 weeks then all my symptoms went so I took another sat just gone and it showed correct at 5.5weeks showing 5weeks plus along so I relaxed, symptoms seem to come and go, nausea is kicking in. Im still on eggshells and can't wait for the early scan on the 10th jan I'll relax much more then. I saw the midwife yesterday and got all my forms, next apt is the 12th. I just want to get to 10th Feb now. I'll let you all know how scan goes. I'm praying, wishing and hoping it's all smooth.

No idea why they're pushing for the IVF more than injections, probably because they get more money from us for IVF. My logic is though, for the cost of one shot at IVF, we could pay for 6-7 cycles of injections. But the nurse I saw was really horrible and just badgered me for a full hour about losing weight ( never mind the 4 stone I've lost already, that's irrelevant and not good enough.)

I'm just waiting on AF now to start the clomid. Hoping she comes soon because I can't take the waiting. My last one was November 5th.

Also, I had another psychic reading done a few weeks ago and this woman said a boy is coming to me in February (conceive, find out or deliver) the last one I had said boy in November. So they tally up and have given me some hope!

Flib- really sorry they are doing that to you. I hope af shows for you so you can start your clomid. And hopefully you get your bfp and don't have to worry about the next steps. That'd just crazy they don't give you the option to try injections before ivf. I really do pray you get your bfp this next cycle.
Farrar-how's your 2ww waiting coming? Hope you are doing well and are on your way to a bfp this cycle
Afm- this tww was the hardest yet. I really had my hopes up. Af was to days late. But temp dropped below the coverline this morning and af I'd already showing her ugly face. Going to try the same thing this cycle. So clomid and a trigger shot. Praying 2015 will be more lucky for me then 2014 was. Happy new year to everyone!

Hey girls! My last af was November 10! I tested today a couple of minutes ago and I got a BFP. I'm so scared to be happy, I'm wondering if this in anyway could be a fake BFP. I'm waiting to go to the bathroom again. I'm Soo nervous.

Update.... I drank lots of water and went to the bathroom. Two BFPs!!!!! Making an appointment for next week! Praise be to GOD!

Thats a very clear bfp! !!!! Huge congrats girl, H&H 9 months but i think going by LMP you most probably already 6 weeks at least. I did a cheapie test at about 12 weeks and looked like that so it is high hcg!!

Congratulations Sasha, I'm so so pleased for you.

Quick update from me, i hope you don't mind me sharing. I spoke to specialist secretary on New Year's Eve as my stupid doctors refused to issue a new prescription for metformin. Specialist requested I come in for a scan today.

Any after worrying myself silly. We saw our little bean and a little heartbeat!! Clear and strong. She measured 3.8mm at 6weeks 1 day, which is 2 days behind. My calculations but all good. So I'm moving the private scan back a week.

Fingers crossed next scan will show continued growth.

He did say though my left ovary was still quite polycystic looking and has kept me on metformin until 12 weeks. He did say to go through them for antenatal but I'm already register at the local hospital.

What do you reckon?

Flib, just a thought as everything worth a try. I took agnus catus, solidly for 3 months then this one just up until ov, I also took royal jelly continuously, b6, b complex, fish oil omega 3 and folic acid. I gave DH, selenium, co enzyme, b complex and wellman. I'm hoping for you.

Awesome news on the hb!!!!! Don't worry about thé 2days. You will see in thé scan it sais+-6days. At this moment half a millimeter is a day and when the tech scans is hard to place the pointer at the exactly place.

I would definitely say stay on the met for as long as possible. There is alot of ppl with experience with that on here, hope they can give insight.

Congratulations on hearing the hear beat Daisy! That must have been so exciting I'm doing good. Af showed and I started my clomid last night. Just trying to look forward to this next cycle and forget about the last. It does help I get to celebrate df birthday this weekend. Hoping this is my lucky month.

I hope u don't mind me asking but what day was the first day of ur last af. Isn't that when doctors start counting? Mine was November 10. And if I follow that then I'm almost 8weeks?

Linker, it helped me to always just look forward amd not worrt about what you did or didn't do last cycle. Its a new chance amd it could be the one that brings that bfp!!!

Hey Sasha, it's based on 1st day of last AF and cycle length, so mine was 19th nov, 28/29 days.
I found this calculator very useful. Let us know how scan goes.
