Only a handful of people know. It is hard in my situation as we lost our son so late in the pregnancy I don't really know when to tell people! We are planning a dinner Oct. 1st to tell our family though

TO BE fair hun my dr is a prat i had clomid from my fertility specialist who is now 123 miles awsy because i moved when i had gotten pregnant first time round.... im pretty sad because ive a feeling i probs heed clomid too... but i eill try another doctor soon... i l7ve in nottingham england

Twinks, really sorry about your sis. Pcos is by no means a definite barrier to conceiving though - I have several friends who have naturally conceived with pcos. At least she has found out now and can start doing things to put herself into a good position when she does come to ttc. Still rubbish though

Baby dust 1 sorry to hear your pcos story too - I'm really surprised they won't put you on clomid again. Where do you live? Could you see another doctor? That's really positive you had a 28 day cycle this month anyway, fingers crossed for you.

Castaway - how are you feeling? Hope you're taking it easy with that poorly ankle and to look after your little bean!!

How is everyone else? Any signs and symptoms? I am 3dpo and af not due for at least a week but I feel really periody today - horrid. Tbh I don't have any expectations this month and hope I won't be too gutted if af shows up next week but deep down i know I will be I just had such a lovely day with my dd today and I am feeling like its alright if I don't get a bfp yet as it just means I get more one on one time with her

Thanks for the kind words about my sister. Just feel sorry for her that's all as she was told when she was 21 after they took blood tests that she would struggle to conceive naturally and now this. I'm sure she will though fingers crossed for the future for her.
Fleur lol, the anaesthetist in hospital when I had my epidural was er I just can't think how to phrase this so I'll just say... Hot lol!! My husband does know this and thinks its hilarious ha ha! Apparently all the midwives fancy him ha ha. I need to add here tht I do love my oh to pieces ha ha
Symptom wise, nothing Except for choccy cravings but I always crave choccy right before AF boo so we'll see. No other symptoms yet tho. I don't have very nice AF symptoms about two days before AF so dreading them if AF turns up!

Twinks - haha brilliant! Glad it's not just me yeah I don't normally have af symptoms til closer to the time which is why this is weird feeling like the witch is about to turn up. Time will tell I guess!!! X

Baby dust that's ridiculous they won't let you have clomid again to conceive a second! Will they only let you have some after a certain length of time ttc then? That's so naughty and I hope you get it sorted so you know you're ovulating soon- shall keep my fingers crossed for u tht u fall pregnant without clomid in the meantime too x

AF is due this coming Wed- where has the time gone!
We went to a baby market today and it was crazy lol- everyone was virtually fighting one another for the toys lol. We managed to pick up three new toys tho just before the crazy grabbing started. There wasn't any room to move! Before I had lo I used to be a complete shopaholic in me so seeing lots of lovely toys set off the bargain hunter in me :-D lo is chuffed with his new toys and we had a lovely day out! its like natural pills that can help you ovulate ive heard lots of success stories and people get there bfp first month! Im.just unsure of it lol its supposed to be just like clomid but U can buy it for around £4 in Tesco!

Oooo cramping could be good signs! i cramped a week before af was due when pregnant with first i could have sworn she was gonna be here even after 5 years ttc I waited to test because I knew she was coming 3 days late I gave in and had my bfp!! Lol

I have heard soy is bad for conceiving...so many conflicting reviews so who knows!

I am OK, tired today. Bout to take me a cat nap! ha ha ha I still don't feel pregnant yet, no more cramping so that is making me a bit nervous BUT I am waking up at 4 am with nausea for the past few days

I did see something about those with PCOS and using soy in a certain time frame it would work...I would definitely research it a bit more and see if it may help you. I hear it can mimic clomid.

I never got sick with my son either other than that queasy stomach feeling. Well I am getting a stronger queasy feeling at 4 am AND I am still on crutches 9 more days! Hoping it means we have a sticky bean though!

I had terrible ms with my first when I fall pregnant it'll be the first thing I think about. It was so bad I said last time I said I couldn't go through it again and here I am lol... Worth it tho when I look at my lo.

Cat nap sounds like a fab idea- it's getting towards bed time here in the UK but first... A dose of X Factor! :-D

Wow 4am having nausea :'( its exciting but tiring too! I never had any symptoms when I was pregnant no sickness nothing even when inhad a scan I still didn't believe it! Lol
