April mummies baby club :-)

Wow my god arent we all having troubles with our men, i think the problem is its a complete life change i think its probably more of a shock for them simply because the attention isnt on them anymore ... well not as much ! I think the best thing we can all do is talk to our men about exactly how we are feeling and also dont be afraid if you can to let him take bubby for a few hours, i sodded off out for a few hours last night and left babe with his daddy he was fine ... :) ...they made our babies too so they can bloody well help... :hugs: to everyone xx

Im gonna have a rant to then !

My oh is seriously doing my head in, can you believe he actually moans at me pretty much everyday that the house isn't tidy enough and about 3am every morning he buggers off downstairs to sleep on sofa so when i feed lucas around 4 & 7am i also have to burp him and change his nappy. I wouldn't have a problem with this if he didn't stay up late in the first place and he doesn't actually leave for work until........................

3.30PM !!!!!!!!!!! Then is back by about 8.30 !!!!!! If he had a normal 9-5 job then I wouldn't mind as much.

He has also had his nose put out of joint as Lucas started proper smiling on Thursday and he will only do it for me not him !! :muaha::rofl:

:hi: ladies, took me ages to find this thread i forgot they moved it :dohh: hubs paternity finishes tomos :( am shitting it! I get to get 3 kids (2 and the baby) and myself ready and out the house for 845am, god knows how i'm gonna do that!! be weird being on my own as ive had him off for a month too, he had 2 weeks holliday followed by his paternity, was everyone else anxious when there oh's had to go back? x

Sorry to hear your all having men trouble ladies :( they can be sooo selfish! specially spitting there dummy over stuff when the most important thing should be the baby not them and the house!! If you get through the first year of having a baby you will get through anything!! its only the first few months that are this hard :hugs:

Bless us all!!!

:hugs::hugs::hugs:

Today Amelia has decided she will not settle for me what so ever!
But if Dan or my Mum takes her she will go to sleep within 5 minutes.. I hope this is only going to happen today because otherwise my life is going to be verrrry interesting/depressing.. as all she does is scream at me!!

I've put it down to her being able to smell milk on me but I can't blooming help that.. why is it always one thing after another?!?! :hissy:

I can't believe how quick this weekend has gone.. I really need to find myself some sort of hobby because sitting at home all week is rubbish and the weather keeps being way too sh*tty to go out!

Any hobby suggestions?!?

xXx

Hi girls

Arianna met her daddy this weekend it went so well n he is besotted by her an loves her so much! he was so careful with her and watchin them together kept bringin tears 2 my eyes!!
But now he has gone back to his army trainin n i feel all alone n emotional again but he is back in 2 weeks again!!

hope ur all ok xxx

LOL han! lucky you with it all un stretched and un stitched down there!

jackie - glad her dad is besotted with her - go him!

ash - how about a fitness class? im going to start back circuit training soon - exercise always makes you feel good after?

Hope you was all careful else you will all be back in the 1st trimester before you know it  ive fancied it but i'm terrified!! I had a 2nd degree tear with Oscar so I dont know how long I have to go without :nope: probably wait till my 6 week check and get drunk and go for it!! i'm worried i'l have a bucket after a 10 lb 2 baby lol!

lol sarah i had 3 glasses of wine b4!! n i stupidly wasnt careful but i havent had a period so shud be ok right??? xx

you would probably ovulate 2 wks before aunt flow returns hun, they say your more fertile after having a bubs too! x

I really want to do it too .. so i am jeolous of you ladies who have i had a 3rd degree tear although i feel nicely heeled now and i have stopped bleeding I am still scared though ... :( ....but yeh I am well up for it but might wait for my 6 week check up also ...

OMG jackie .. you got to be careful hun, i m going straight back on the pill for sure not taking any chances haa x

:dohh: Jackie, OMG!!!! LOL. You could be ovulating anytime now, and if liek me I swear I ovulated three times before first period, maybe thats the 'most fertile' bit. If you odn't want another one I'd go grab the morning after pill if not too late of course! LOL BUT what will be will be aye.

I wonder what the percentage of new mums fall preggers within first few months after baby is?? hmmmm.

Sorry all you OH's are being arses! Sometimesthey really do need a kick up the bottom! This is my OH's second so he is a bit more clued up! Although even he has his moments!

I can't believe Olivia is nine weeks on tues, Or two months today to the date. OMG the three month mark will be here before I can blink!

I'm afraid nothing much going on here, although I have been way too tired too come online! Oh I've signed up for race for life too, woo-hoo! SO I am just starting a training program.

oh shit bollocks wank!!!!!!! ill grab it 2moro im such a twat!!!!! i thought no period then its ok!!!
i dnt want another bubs 4 sure.....

xx

If you only did it yday the morning after pill should cover you, lucky it came up in conversation though hun! I'm suprised they never told you that you could get preggers before your period returns, they told me loads of times!

I'm jeolous of all you that have had sex too as its the final bit of feeling 'normal' as i feel nicely healed too :) thought about having a look down there in a mirror today but i bottled it :dohh: anyone know how long the sitches take to dissolve?

Rach - Im doing that 2 weeks today too, 5th time this year, although it'll be the first with walking it. Have run it and raised loads the other years!

Not sure on stitches dissolving, mine don't appear to be there now, but you have internal ones too? Get a mirror, it certainly ain't as bad as you think. I checked it out hous after birth lol and every day since. Midwife said too as you notice if it's opened or bruised or anything.

Jackie! Run for that pill hun! Anyone around the 1 month mark and bleding lightly still? Mine disappears (enough for a skinny liner) but then get bright red on pad again some times?

to be fair they mentioned it bout bein fertile but i just kinda figured u needed a period to get that but ill go get the after pill 2moro! THanks girlys! xx
